 三級(jí)生物安全柜是為生物安全防護(hù)等級(jí)為4級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)室而設(shè)計(jì)的，柜體*氣密，工作人員通過連接在柜體的手套進(jìn)行操作，俗稱手套箱(Golve box)，試驗(yàn)品通過雙門的傳遞箱進(jìn)出安全柜以確保不受污染，適用于高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的生物試驗(yàn)，如進(jìn)行SARS、埃博拉病毒相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)等。生物安全柜提供對(duì)人、樣品和環(huán)境的三重保護(hù)。

手套箱是一個(gè)密封箱體，在這個(gè)箱體內(nèi)進(jìn)行所有的操作，都是通過固定在手套箱壁上的長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的，不會(huì)發(fā)生滲透的手套來完成的。操作者將手及小臂從外面伸入手套，通過防爆視窗較為自由地從事手套箱內(nèi)的處理。多種實(shí)驗(yàn)室用通風(fēng)櫥和安全柜提供保護(hù)及污染防護(hù)。根據(jù)不同的應(yīng)用，需要對(duì)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行的工作類型進(jìn)行*地危險(xiǎn)等級(jí)評(píng)定，充分地考慮各級(jí)防污染裝置。Labconco 公司有Precise™和 Protector®兩個(gè)系列的手套箱，全封閉型設(shè)計(jì)，為產(chǎn)品和實(shí)驗(yàn)操作者提供不同級(jí)別的保護(hù)，有多種機(jī)型可供選擇。

 LABCONCO Protector/Precise 手套箱

 A glovebox is a sealed enclosure in which all handling of materials inside the box is carried out through long, relatively impermeable gloves secured to ports in the walls of the enclosure. The operator’s hands and forearms are placed in the gloves from the outside of the box so that the operator is able to manipulate items inside the box with relative freedom while viewing the operation through a window.The purpose of a glove box is protection or isolation, which is providedby a physical barrier. Depending on the type of glove box, the physical barrier may be to isolate a sensitive material inside the box from environmental contamination or to protect the operator from hazardous materials being manipulated inside the box.

  Precise™高效過濾手套箱和XPert稱量手套箱，主要用于藥學(xué)研究、納米技術(shù)、生物化學(xué)研究中使用，微生物、低端放射性化學(xué)試劑、化學(xué)致癌劑及石棉也可以在手套箱中操作使用。Precise基礎(chǔ)型手套箱和Precise控制氣體環(huán)境手套箱是密閉的倉(cāng)體，適合污染敏感材料在箱體內(nèi)操作。

  Protector®系列

  Protector過濾型手套箱，通過使用環(huán)境空氣給用戶提供保障遠(yuǎn)離及其有害的顆粒，比如用于納米顆粒處理操作，有毒干粉懸浮，制藥研究和生物化學(xué)等的應(yīng)用，也可以用于微生物、低水平放射性化學(xué)物、化學(xué)致癌物質(zhì)和石棉等。

  Protector控制氣體環(huán)境手套箱，箱內(nèi)材料通常對(duì)氧或水分特別敏感，箱內(nèi)環(huán)境被一類惰性氣體替代，如氮?dú)狻鍤饣蚝?，這類手套箱也被稱為“干燥箱”。

  Protector組合型手套箱，功能是包含過濾型手套箱和控制氣體環(huán)境手套箱，內(nèi)閥可從空氣控制模式自由轉(zhuǎn)換到過濾模式，包含自動(dòng)壓力控制器。
