The minimum handling capacity is 100g.After the air is heated by an electric heater through the blower, the temperature reaches 180 ℃ (adjustable), the material is added to the feed hopper, and the screw feeder is evenly added into the drying pipe to contact with the hot air in parallel flow. Forming a convection-based complex heat exchange process that eventually meets the drying requirements of the product.

Small airflow dryer Product features:

1,The experiment process is intuitionistic, the adjustment is convenient, the equipment is easy to disassemble and easy to clean.

2,Air intake and feed volume can be adjusted conveniently and the operation is simple and easy.

3,Adopt multistage dust removal, product without loss.

4,Drying time is short, usually only a few seconds, the processing capacity is particularly suitable for expensive product research.

Small airflow dryer Work principle:

After the air is heated by an electric heater through the blower, the temperature reaches 180 ℃ (adjustable), the material is added to the feed hopper, and the spiral feeder is evenly added into the drying tube and contacted with the hot air, thus forming a complex heat exchange process dominated by convection. Finally meet the drying requirements of the product. The exhaust gas is emptied by cyclone separator and bag dust collector after drying pipe.
