1. Overview

LW3-12 series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is a kind of on-column circuit breaker with SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulation medium. It is a replacement product for urban and rural power networks. Its excellent performance-price ratio is incomparable with other 12KV class outdoor circuit breakers.

LW3-12 series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers are developed by our company in strict accordance with GB1984-89 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breakers". Their electrical and mechanical properties meet the requirements of DL402-91 "Technical Conditions for Order of AC High Voltage Circuit Breakers" and GB11022-89 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Switchgear". It is suitable for power system with rated voltage 12KV and rated frequency 50Hz. It can be used as control and protection switch in small and medium-sized power stations and branch lines.

2, characteristics

Three-stage common box type, simple structure, compact layout

The power output is rotational, and the sealing effect is good.

The small motion mass in the body reduces the operation work and improves the mechanical life.

The application of rotating arc technology improves arc extinguishing efficiency and electric life.

The independence of ontology structure can derive products with different performance and installation methods.

Compared with vacuum circuit breaker and oil circuit breaker, it has remarkable advantages in structure, weight, safety, electrical strength, electrical life, maintenance and cost.

Special arrangement and protection with different conversion ratio can be arranged according to user's needs, and transformer for measurement can be used.
