一、概述

蘇州航振KR939SB3三參數(shù)組合探頭（溫度、油位、振動(dòng)）是冷卻塔風(fēng)機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中一種非總線結(jié)構(gòu)的通用型組合探頭。它可以直接與三參數(shù)安全監(jiān)控儀配接，實(shí)現(xiàn)單臺(tái)設(shè)備監(jiān)控，也可以與多種通用二次儀表或計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集測(cè)控系統(tǒng)(DCS、PLC等)連接使用。

I. Overview

The KR-939SB3 three-parameter combination probe (temperature, oil level, vibration) is a general-purpose combined probe with non-bus structure used in the safety monitoring system for cooling tower fans.It can be directly connected with a three-parameter safety monitor to realize single-equipment monitoring, and can also be used with various general secondary instruments or computer data acquisition and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.).

二、功能說明

這種應(yīng)用于風(fēng)機(jī)減速箱安全運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)的組合探頭，在其內(nèi)部分別集成了測(cè)量油溫、油位、振動(dòng)信號(hào)的傳感、轉(zhuǎn)換和變送電路，直接輸出相對(duì)應(yīng)的4～20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)，可以配接各種通用型二次儀表或計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字采集監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

II. Function Description

This combined probe, used for safe operation monitoring of fan gearboxes, integrates built-in sensing, conversion and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level and vibration signals respectively.It directly outputs corresponding standard 4–20mA current signals and can be used with various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems.
