CD-21-C/CD-21-C Vibration Velocity Sensor

1．概述

CD-21-C/CD-21-C振動(dòng)速度傳感器主要安裝在各種旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械裝置的軸承蓋上（如汽輪機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)和泵等）。它是由運(yùn)動(dòng)線圈切割磁力線而輸出電壓的電磁式傳感器，因此具有工作時(shí)不需要供給電源、安裝容易等特點(diǎn)。與振動(dòng)烈度監(jiān)控儀配接后，可以測(cè)量各種位移、速度等。

1. Overview

The PR-1020 vibration sensor is mainly installed on the bearing housings of various rotating machinery (such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, etc.). As an electromagnetic sensor that outputs voltage by moving coils cutting magnetic lines, it features no external power supply required for operation and easy installation.When connected with a vibration severity monitor, it can measure various parameters such as displacement and velocity.

3．安 裝

3．1 安裝位置：垂直或者水平安裝于被測(cè)振動(dòng)點(diǎn)上，以變送器底部M8×1.25螺釘磁座吸附在被測(cè)殼體上，然后將傳感器擰在上面擰緊即可.

3. Installation

3.1 Mounting Position: Install vertically or horizontally at the measured vibration point. Attach the magnetic base with M8 × 1.25 screw at the bottom of the transmitter to the measured housing, then screw the sensor onto it and tighten.
