二、混凝土測溫儀適用范圍：

四、混凝土測溫儀使用說明：

★用主機與測溫探頭測量材料溫度

將測溫探頭的插頭插入主機插座，按下電源開關(guān)，將測溫探頭金屬桿插入被測物中，插入深度不少于其長度的1/2，兩分鐘左右在主機上讀取溫度數(shù)據(jù)。在測量拌合物 溫度時，為避免測溫探頭與拌合物中的硬物過度撞擊而影響使用壽命，可先用金屬棍在拌合物中預(yù)留孔，再將測溫探頭插入孔中測溫。每次用后應(yīng)將測溫探頭擦拭干凈。

★用主機與測溫線測量大體積混凝土溫度

施工測溫方案確定后，根據(jù)測溫點數(shù)量和深度選用長度規(guī)格合適的測溫線，例如：實際測溫點深 0.2m ～ 0.3m ，可選用規(guī)格為 0.5m 的測溫線；實際測溫點深 2.5m ～ 2.8m ，可選用規(guī)格為 3m 的測溫線，以次類推。預(yù)埋時可用鋼筋等桿件作支承物，將測溫線按照縱向測溫點距離綁在支承物上，溫度傳感器與支承物之間應(yīng)做隔熱處理。在澆筑混凝土?xí)r，將綁好測溫線的支承物植入混凝土中，溫度傳感器處于測溫點位置，插頭留在混凝土外面并用塑料袋罩好，避免潮濕，保持清潔。為便于操作，留在外面的導(dǎo)線長度應(yīng)大于 20cm 。測溫時，按下主機電源開關(guān)，將測溫線插頭插入主機插座中，主機顯示屏上即可顯示相應(yīng)測溫點的溫度。

★用主機與測溫線測量冬期施工混凝土溫度

在澆筑混凝土?xí)r，按冬期施工測溫方案預(yù)留測溫孔，在每個孔內(nèi)放置一支測溫線，測溫線的插頭留在孔外并用塑料袋罩好，避免潮濕，保持清潔。測溫時，按下主機電源開關(guān)，將測溫線插頭插入主機插座中，主機顯示屏上即可顯示相應(yīng)測溫點的溫度。每階段測溫結(jié)束后將測溫線收存好，以備下次再用。也可將測溫線埋入混凝土中一次性使用，具體作法見使用方法“ 2 ”。

★夜間測溫讀數(shù)照明功能的使用

在夜間或黑暗環(huán)境下使用時，按下主機照明開關(guān)，液晶顯示屏可發(fā)出淡綠色的背景光，使讀數(shù)清晰醒目。

After the construction temperature measurement plan is determined, select a temperature measurement line with an appropriate length according to the number and depth of the temperature measurement points, for example, the actual temperature measurement point depth is 0.2m to 0.3m, and a temperature measurement line with a specification of 0.5m can be selected; actual temperature measurement The point depth is 2.5m ～ 2.8m, and a temperature measuring line with a specification of 3m can be selected, and so on. 五、混凝土測溫儀構(gòu)成和功能：

主機為便攜式儀表，設(shè)有電源開關(guān)、照明開關(guān)、插座和液晶顯示屏，可數(shù)字顯示被測溫度值，并有夜間測溫讀數(shù)照明功能。為防塵防潮防磕碰，采用密封性能良好的薄膜輕觸開關(guān)和背帶式儀器套，也可打開主機后面的支架，置于桌面上使用。

★測溫探頭

測溫探頭由插頭、導(dǎo)線、手柄和外徑為φ5mmX220mm的金屬管制成，管內(nèi)前端封裝溫度傳感器，適宜測量材料和熟料溫度。

★測溫線

預(yù)埋式測溫線由插頭、導(dǎo)線和溫度傳感器制成，適宜測量混凝土內(nèi)部溫度，每支測溫線可測一點溫度，在施工中可任意布置測溫點。為便于分層測溫，每支測溫線的插頭都貼有相應(yīng)長度規(guī)格的標(biāo)簽。

六、混凝土測溫儀電池的更換：

當(dāng)主機顯示屏左上角出現(xiàn)電池符號或不能正常開機時，一般為電池電壓不足所致，需換新電池。方法如下：將主機后面的電池倉蓋向下推動，打開電池倉將舊電池取出，扣好新電池，然后將電池倉蓋恢復(fù)原位置。

七、混凝土測溫儀注意事項：

★主機未接測溫探頭或測溫線時顯示屏上顯示“-1”為準(zhǔn)備工作狀態(tài)。

★在操作中A用力過猛，將插頭插入或拔出主機插座時，應(yīng)持穩(wěn)插頭。

★插頭和主機插座應(yīng)避免潮濕，保持清潔。如不慎進水受潮，請擦凈晾干后再使用，以免測溫結(jié)果失準(zhǔn)。

★儀器使用完畢應(yīng)及時關(guān)機，長期不用時應(yīng)將電池取出以免損壞儀器。

★不要自行打開主機后蓋，需要檢修或校準(zhǔn)時，請送回生產(chǎn)廠或代理處。
