砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀是由：底座、試樣架、測量表架、上測頭、緊固螺釘、下測頭、百分表、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桿、試體固定螺釘、底座調(diào)整螺絲等組成。該產(chǎn)品是依據(jù)GB/T2542-2012《砌墻磚試驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制作，上下測頭采用90°錐形凹座。具有使用方便、測量精度高、速度快、讀數(shù)清楚等特點(diǎn)。

砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀注意事項(xiàng)：

★使用時，忌用手直接與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒接觸，應(yīng)持外外套部分，以防止標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒受人體手溫的影響。

★儀器用完畢后，應(yīng)將測量框架的測量頭和百分表探拭凈，并涂以鐘表油；測試過程中，應(yīng)使百分表的測頭緩慢而平穩(wěn)地與試件接觸，不允許沖擊和碰撞，嚴(yán)禁將百分表測桿頂過A大量程范圍，以免影響表的靈敏度和使用壽命。

砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀試驗(yàn)方法：

★先將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒置于工作臺上，擰動調(diào)整螺絲使之近似垂直。

★將測量框架置于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒的頂頭，調(diào)整螺桿和螺母，使百分表對準(zhǔn)零位（或記下百分表之刻度）。

★將制作養(yǎng)護(hù)好的試件兩端擦拭凈，然后放置在工作臺上，然后把測量框架套在試件上，并左右移動表框，使試件與測量框架的測量頭準(zhǔn)確地接觸，此時即可開始讀數(shù)，并記錄下表盤上的刻度值。
