環(huán)境要求確認(rèn)：依照<安裝使用環(huán)境技術(shù)要求>通過(guò)自檢合格并確認(rèn)后方可安裝調(diào)試。

Confirmation of Environmental Requirement: The installation will be carriedout after Buy’s self-test approval and confirmation according to TechnicalRequirement for Installation Environment and Application.

2. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝調(diào)試Installation and Adjustment at Customer’sSite：

上海軒軼創(chuàng)析工業(yè)設(shè)備公司負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量機(jī)的安裝、調(diào)試。設(shè)備到達(dá)用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，卸車時(shí)應(yīng)檢查外包裝箱有否破損，做好詳細(xì)記錄并雙方簽字確認(rèn)。所有包裝箱需要在我公司技術(shù)人員監(jiān)督和認(rèn)可的情況下才能開(kāi)啟。根據(jù)需要，用戶需提供內(nèi)部運(yùn)送、拆裝支持和相應(yīng)的機(jī)器吊裝設(shè)備。進(jìn)行測(cè)量機(jī)的安裝時(shí)，需在滿足供貨方所需求環(huán)境條件符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的情況下才能進(jìn)行。

System installation, including start-up, assembles and metrology test willbe carried out by the service engineer of Xi’anhigh-tech Shanghai Xuanyichuangxi Industrial Equipment Co.,Ltd. All the packingboxes must be opened under XYCXIE’s supervision and approval of XYCXIE.Depending on the various needs, buyer needs to provide connections, internaltransportation and unpacking tools for installation. The concerned environmentａnd facilities for the CMM installation must conform to the requirement of thestandard specifications before the installation.

3. 檢驗(yàn)依據(jù)Inspection Criteria：

上海軒軼創(chuàng)析工業(yè)設(shè)備有限公司同用戶共同負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量機(jī)安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的*終驗(yàn)收，*終的驗(yàn)收將根據(jù)ISO 10360-2檢定規(guī)程執(zhí)行。設(shè)備驗(yàn)收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)*終驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告書》。

XYCXIE and the end-user are commonly responsible for the on-siteinstallation. The ultimate acceptance and the metrology test will be performedaccording the regulation of ISO 10360-2  After the equipment acceptance, the both sides sign the "3D CMMFinal Inspection Report".

4. 驗(yàn)收方法Acceptance Method：

在用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試后的測(cè)量機(jī)驗(yàn)收方法，依據(jù)ISO 10360-2校準(zhǔn)規(guī)范執(zhí)行。

The acceptance method is based on the ISO10360 -2 to execute inspection andacceptance.

5. 檢定項(xiàng)目Testing Items：

5.1. 外觀及各部分的相互作用。Exterior appearance and the interaction between all the parts.

5.2. 計(jì)算機(jī)、打印機(jī)及軟件功能。Function of Computer, printer and software.

5.3. 探測(cè)誤差(R)。Probing error (R).

6. 檢定方法：檢定前測(cè)量機(jī)應(yīng)通電24小時(shí)以上。

Testing Method: The machine should be on power more than 24 hours beforetest.

6.1. 目測(cè)和操作試驗(yàn)檢定外觀及各部分的相互作用。

Visual observation and operation experiment are applied to test exteriorappearance and the mutual interaction between all the parts.

6.2. 用相應(yīng)的診斷程序檢定計(jì)算機(jī)、打印機(jī)及軟件功能。

Corresponding diagnostic testing procedures are applied to test thefunctions of computer, printer and software.

6.3. 探測(cè)誤差(R)的檢測(cè)。Test of Probing error (R).

在直徑為25mm的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)球上，用探針測(cè)25個(gè)點(diǎn)，各點(diǎn)在半球上的分布盡量均勻，用全部25個(gè)測(cè)量值計(jì)算出*小二乘球的中心，并計(jì)算出各點(diǎn)的徑向距離，*大徑向距離與*小徑向距離之差即為探測(cè)誤差。應(yīng)滿足給定的P值。

On the datum ball of 25mmdiameter, probe head system randomly picks up 25 points in the direction ofarbitrary location with the length of 20mm stylus. Each picked point on the hemisphere triesto spread evenly. The minimal quadrate center is calculated by all 25 measuredvalues, meanwhile to calculate radial distance of points in which the largestradial distance subtracting the minimum radial distances equals probing error.The result should meet the given P value.

7. 長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量的示值誤差(E)的檢測(cè)。Error of indication for lengthmeasurements (E) test.

7.1. 在坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的工作空間七個(gè)方位，每個(gè)方位測(cè)5個(gè)尺寸的量塊，每個(gè)尺寸的量塊測(cè)量三次。即35組測(cè)量長(zhǎng)度總測(cè)量次數(shù)為105次。計(jì)算105個(gè)長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量的誤差值△L(換算成?m)，如果無(wú)一個(gè)超出規(guī)定的E值，則坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量的示值誤差(E)的檢測(cè)被通過(guò)。

Seven positions are freely selected in the working space of coordinatemeasuring machine. Five measurers with different size are measured in eachposition and each measurer is measured three times. The total measuring timesis 105 times in 35 groups of measuring length.105 error values △L arecalculated (converted into um), if no one goes beyond the limit of the E, thistest of E is passed.

7.2. 35組測(cè)量長(zhǎng)度中，允許*多有5組，其三次重復(fù)測(cè)量中有一次超出規(guī)定的E值，對(duì)每個(gè)超差的測(cè)量長(zhǎng)度，應(yīng)在相應(yīng)的方位在測(cè)10次，如10次重復(fù)得到的所有長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量的誤差值△L在E值內(nèi)，則示值誤差(E)的檢測(cè)被通過(guò)。

Within 35 Groups of measuring length, allowed a maximum of five groups inwhich one time going beyond the E in the three repeated measurements. For eachmeasuring length that goes beyond the limit of E, the corresponding positionshould be measured 10 times. If all the length measurements error of the △L,gained by 10-time repeated measurement, are within E value, the value of theirerror (E) test are passed.

8. 驗(yàn)收交接Acceptance and handover：

8.1. 以檢定紀(jì)錄、裝箱單和合同為準(zhǔn)，雙方交接、驗(yàn)收。

Both sides follow the procedures of handover and acceptance based on Testreport, packing list and contract.

8.2. 驗(yàn)收合格，雙方代表在驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告上簽字。若有異議，協(xié)商解決。**問(wèn)題可簽署備忘錄，以便服務(wù)、解決。

If acceptance is in conformity with the requirement, the representatives ofthe both sides sign in the test report. If objection, both sides should resortto negotiation for bilateral agreement. Remain problems may be recorded in thememorandum for further service and settlement.

9. 技術(shù)培訓(xùn)Technical training：

9.1. 培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與約定Training Contents and Stipulation：

該課程旨在對(duì)測(cè)量機(jī)系統(tǒng)操作人員提供系統(tǒng)使用和坐標(biāo)計(jì)量技術(shù)基本培訓(xùn)。參加該課程人員一般要求具備計(jì)量基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用知識(shí)及初級(jí)英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。

The course is designed to train operators based on the system applicationａnd on fundamentals of Coordinate Metrology. Persons attending this class areexpected to have some familiarity with metrology knowledge, PC applicationskill and primary English knowledge.

9.2. 培訓(xùn)認(rèn)證Training Certificate：

培訓(xùn)結(jié)束由我司培訓(xùn)中心及上崗認(rèn)證小組進(jìn)行考試，合格后頒發(fā)《三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)操作合格證》。

For Attendees who passes the examination hold by XYCXIE training center andLeader team for certificate, they will obtain the “Certificate of CMM Operationａnd Application

10. 保修維護(hù)Warranty for Maintenance：

10.1. 質(zhì)保期：從安裝驗(yàn)收合格之日起12個(gè)月，但不超過(guò)發(fā)貨之日起15個(gè)月。在此期限內(nèi)因我方原因造成的機(jī)器故障，負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)維修。

Warranty Period: Within 12 months from the date of assemble and acceptance,but not exceeding 15 months from the date of shipment. During this periodmachine failure caused by our side is maintained with free of charge.

10.2. 質(zhì)保期外：我公司采取定期回訪與隨時(shí)電話咨詢相結(jié)合的售后服務(wù)制度，力求及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決用戶使用中存在的困難和問(wèn)題，為用戶提供技術(shù)咨詢。

Extra Warranty Period: we will take telephone and regular visit to userswith a combinative after-sale advisory service.

10.2.1. 我公司負(fù)責(zé)為用戶免費(fèi)提供計(jì)量測(cè)試技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)。

Our company is responsible for the technical advisory services of metrologyfrom user with free of charge.

10.2.2. 我公司以成本價(jià)終身為用戶提供設(shè)備保修服務(wù)。

We provide life warranty services of machine for users with cost price.

10.2.3. 我公司備有備品備件庫(kù)，終身負(fù)責(zé)為用戶以成本價(jià)提供備品備件服務(wù)。

Our company has spare parts which can be provided for the user with ourcost price.

10.2.4. 我公司負(fù)責(zé)以優(yōu)惠價(jià)終身為用戶提供技術(shù)升級(jí)、改造等售后增值服務(wù)。

We provide users with after-sales value-added technical service, such astechnical upgrades, retrofit, etc. by preferential price for life.

10.2.5. 用戶所在地區(qū)如有我司辦事處，其售后技術(shù)服務(wù)事宜由我司辦事處**負(fù)責(zé)。

If our company’s regional office is in the User’s location, our overall after-saletechnical service is borne by the regional office.

11. 承諾Commitments(服務(wù)專線Service Line：)：

11.1. 質(zhì)量承諾For Product quality：如設(shè)備發(fā)生故障確認(rèn)為質(zhì)量問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致，我公司承諾免費(fèi)維修維護(hù)。

XYCXIE will provide free maintenance service for machine if it is brokendown due to the quality problem.

11.2. 服務(wù)承諾For Service Quality：如我公司接到用戶設(shè)備故障請(qǐng)求服務(wù)電話，在8小時(shí)內(nèi)予以響應(yīng)，如有必要在24小時(shí)內(nèi)派技術(shù)人員赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決問(wèn)題。
