934-1型巴氏硬度計(jì)用途

巴氏硬度計(jì)主要用于測(cè)試鋁及鋁合金硬度，也可以測(cè)試其他軟金屬及玻璃鋼制品的硬度?？梢詼y(cè)試各種超大、超寬、超厚的工件及裝配件，測(cè)試板材、帶材、型材、鍛件、鑄件等。在鋁加工行業(yè)被廣泛使用的W-20型韋氏硬度計(jì)，適用于大部分鋁合金。對(duì)于2024、7075等牌號(hào)超硬鋁合金，可使用W-B75型韋氏硬度計(jì)，也可使用巴氏硬度計(jì)。對(duì)于純鋁、低硬度鋁合金、特別厚的鋁合金及其他不便使用韋氏硬度計(jì)的鋁合金工件應(yīng)使用巴氏硬度計(jì)。巴氏硬度計(jì)一般做為韋氏硬度計(jì)的補(bǔ)充，在測(cè)試純鋁、低硬度鋁合金和超大、超厚材料時(shí)使用。

934-1型巴氏硬度計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)

1. 體積小，重量輕（510g），便于攜帶。
2. 單手操作，無(wú)須使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在任何場(chǎng)合，只要伸手可及均可測(cè)試。
3. 測(cè)試范圍寬。從很軟的純鋁到特別硬的鋁合金均可測(cè)試，有效測(cè)試范圍相當(dāng)于布氏硬度25～150HB。
4. 靈敏度GAO。韋氏硬度計(jì)只有20個(gè)刻度，而巴氏硬度計(jì)有100個(gè)刻度，巴氏硬度計(jì)具有更GAO的靈敏度。
5. 無(wú)需支撐。巴氏硬度計(jì)只在試樣一側(cè)測(cè)試，無(wú)需支撐，適于測(cè)試超大、超厚工件及裝配件。

934-1型巴氏硬度計(jì)的缺點(diǎn)

1. 要求試樣有較寬的平坦表面。因此不便于測(cè)試窄條試樣、小尺寸試樣和曲面試樣。
2. 硬度換算誤差較大。在測(cè)試鋁型材時(shí)，要將巴氏硬度換算成韋氏硬度，而巴氏硬度計(jì)的換算表和國(guó)家有色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YS/T420- 2000上的換算表相差2.7個(gè)韋氏硬度單位。因此，巴氏硬度計(jì)的換算表應(yīng)慎重使用。
3. 巴氏硬度塊存在缺陷。巴氏硬度塊的厚度只有0.8mm，測(cè)試后，硬度塊背面會(huì)產(chǎn)生可見(jiàn)的變形痕跡，這說(shuō)明硬度塊的厚度不足，這一點(diǎn)違背了壓痕式硬度計(jì)關(guān)于試樣厚度的基本原則，會(huì)帶來(lái)較大的測(cè)試誤差。

GYZJ 934-1-0-1 a variation of the 934-1 that has a "flat bottom" shaped support leg. This is used to sit on top of the crest of the round rung of a ladder such as a fire department ladder. Approved by the NFPA, National Fire Protection Agency.
