Manual glue gun glass glue gun silicone heat Hu glue / glass glue coating experiment machine

For the high precision modular coating station mechanism assembly, can be used for continuous coating proofing or small production of laboratory Mini hot melt adhesive coating machine. Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can be directly coated on the heat resistant substrate, or coated on the release of the paper and then transferred to the plastic film on the surface of a different Chinese material, such as paper, plastic models, such as metal film.

Performance characteristics of continuous hot melt adhesive coating and laminating machine

The whole machine is a high precision modular coating station structure assembly.

The dial indicator as dividing head accurately on wheel trimming to control the coating thickness of the coating gap. The lowest glue thickness is 0.01mm. Thickness set, you can directly lock the rubber wheel to prevent the gap change.

Max coating width of 280mm. Foot width to two Teflon glue slot to adjust. Can be coated with unlimited length, automatic winding.

Positive and reverse stepless speed change, the best coating speed: 4.5m/min

The discharge reel can be adjusted to change the tension release.

Receiving reel can be adjusted by mechanical tension control.

Heating rod, rubber wheel and rubber trough can be quickly removed from the body to remove residual rubber.
