The cable core is filled with the water blocking yarns .Then ,A water blocking tape is applied around the cable core. The cable core is completed with aluminum polyethylene inner sheath, then the steel polyethylene outer sheath. Between the inner sheath and the outer sheath with a water blocking tape.
