陶瓷吸水率測(cè)定儀按照Q/JYY005—2003《CXK型陶瓷真空吸水率真空裝置》，符合GB/T3810.3—2006《陶瓷磚試驗(yàn)方法—第3部分：吸水率、顯氣孔率、表觀相對(duì)密度和容重的測(cè)定》、ISO10545-3:1995《陶瓷磚—第3部分：吸水率、顯氣孔率、表觀相對(duì)密度和容重的測(cè)定》、TOCT13449—82等試驗(yàn)方法中真空法對(duì)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的要求。陶瓷吸水率測(cè)定儀采用不銹鋼真空室，真空度實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制，給排水為手動(dòng)控制，具有操作簡(jiǎn)便、試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確等特點(diǎn)。該真空裝置適用于建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷及其它材料吸水率測(cè)定的試驗(yàn)。

陶瓷吸水率測(cè)定儀技術(shù)參數(shù)：
◆系統(tǒng)真空度能在≥0.095MPa范圍連續(xù)可調(diào)。
◆系統(tǒng)達(dá)到10kPa真空度所用的抽氣時(shí)間不大于10min。
◆試樣的大尺寸為200×200（mm）
◆設(shè)備外形尺寸： 800×750×1200（mm）

陶瓷吸水率測(cè)定儀試驗(yàn)方法：
◆真空裝置由真空系統(tǒng)，給排水系統(tǒng)，真空度自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)，控制按鈕及機(jī)箱組成。
◆真空系統(tǒng)包括真空壓力控制表、真空容器、真空泵、電磁真空閥、壓力變送器、進(jìn)氣閥及管道組成。
◆給排水系統(tǒng)由進(jìn)水閥、排水閥、儲(chǔ)水器及水管組成。
◆真空度控制系統(tǒng)由泵體真空壓力控制表、真空泵、壓力變送器、主電源開(kāi)關(guān)及電磁閥組成。
◆關(guān)閉注水閥以及設(shè)備左下方的排水閥（真空容器排水閥，‚真空泵儲(chǔ)水器排水閥）。
◆打開(kāi)真空容器上蓋，將支架放置容器內(nèi)，將稱重好后的試樣放在支架上，注意要確保試樣表面無(wú)油污和灰塵。
◆向容器中注入蒸餾水，水位以超過(guò)試樣125px為宜，蓋上容器蓋，緊固螺絲，確保密封*。
◆打開(kāi)設(shè)備側(cè)門(mén)向真空泵儲(chǔ)水器倒入蒸餾水，水量為儲(chǔ)水器容積的90%。
◆做好上述事項(xiàng)，按紅色按鈕啟動(dòng)真空泵，待壓力達(dá)到要求后，按綠色按鈕開(kāi)始計(jì)時(shí)。
◆試驗(yàn)時(shí)間達(dá)到后，關(guān)閉電源，打開(kāi)注水閥，待壓力表指針歸零，打開(kāi)上蓋，取出試樣擦干稱重記錄數(shù)據(jù)。
Test method of ceramic water absorption tester:
◆The vacuum device is composed of vacuum system, water supply and drainage system, vacuum degree automatic control system, control buttons and cabinet.
◆The vacuum system includes a vacuum pressure control gauge, a vacuum container, a vacuum pump, an electromagnetic vacuum valve, a pressure transmitter, an air inlet valve and a pipeline.
◆The water supply and drainage system consists of water inlet valve, drain valve, water reservoir and water pipe.
◆Vacuum degree control system consists of pump body vacuum pressure control gauge, vacuum pump, pressure transmitter, main power switch and solenoid valve.
◆Close the water injection valve and the drain valve (vacuum container drain valve, ‚vacuum pump reservoir drain valve) at the bottom left of the equipment.
◆Open the upper cover of the vacuum container, place the holder in the container, and place the weighed sample on the holder. Take care to ensure that the sample surface is free of oil and dust.
◆Pour distilled water into the container. The water level should be more than 125px of the sample. Close the container lid and tighten the screws to ensure a complete seal.
◆Open the side door of the equipment and pour distilled water into the vacuum pump reservoir. The water volume is 90% of the volume of the reservoir.
◆After completing the above items, press the red button to start the vacuum pump, and when the pressure reaches the requirement, press the green button to start timing.
◆After the test time is up, turn off the power, open the water injection valve, wait for the pointer of the pressure gauge to return to zero, open the upper cover, take out the sample, wipe dry, weigh and record the data.

陶瓷吸水率測(cè)定儀注意事項(xiàng)：
◆真空容器內(nèi)保持干凈清潔，不有積水和灰塵。
◆定期檢查真空泵，注意真空泵的使用說(shuō)明。
