二、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介

      MPP100探測(cè)儀通過檢測(cè)故障點(diǎn)的電磁及聲音信號(hào)對(duì)電纜的故障進(jìn)行精確定位。MPP1000可與AVO公司其它生產(chǎn)廠家生產(chǎn)的脈沖發(fā)生器合用，MPP1000可作為AVO公司生產(chǎn)的電纜故障測(cè)試PFL-4000、PFL-5000及PFL-6000系列的附助作用。

      儀器有單、雙兩種組合型式，單測(cè)試儀通過測(cè)試電磁與聲音信號(hào)的延時(shí)進(jìn)行判斷距離故障點(diǎn)的距離，通過雙測(cè)試儀可測(cè)試距離和方向。

三、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用
      MPP1000用于對(duì)鎧甲直埋的電纜進(jìn)行故障定位。當(dāng)電纜被發(fā)脈沖時(shí)，通過探測(cè)聲音與電磁信號(hào)之間的延時(shí)進(jìn)行精確定位。當(dāng)脈沖發(fā)生器向電纜發(fā)送大能量脈沖時(shí)，電纜發(fā)生弧光，并隨之發(fā)出聲音，由于電纜一般情況下埋在地下0.9M左右，因此發(fā)出的聲音如果無放大器不能夠都被聽到。有時(shí)單個(gè)放大器不足以判別故障點(diǎn)，當(dāng)用雙探測(cè)器時(shí)能夠迅速地找到故障點(diǎn)的方向和距離。
      儀器通過測(cè)試聲音與電磁兩種信號(hào)的時(shí)差而進(jìn)行定位，在接收器中可顯示聲音信號(hào)的強(qiáng)度及兩種信號(hào)的時(shí)差。當(dāng)測(cè)試儀靠近故障點(diǎn)時(shí)，聲音信號(hào)加強(qiáng)，而兩信號(hào)的時(shí)差降低，這兩個(gè)數(shù)值為用戶提供一個(gè)大約的距離。當(dāng)再用一個(gè)探測(cè)器時(shí)，接收器將顯示故障點(diǎn)的方向。

Specifically designed for service, industrial and power utility companies, the MPP1000 pinpoints faults in shielded and direct buried primary cables via a single or dual probe. A single probe version can be easily upgraded at any time by purchasing a second probe. The MPP1000 stand-alone unit (without probes) measures electromagnetic surge and supplies the amplitude of that surge which aids in finding the fault. Overall, the versions can successfully detect both the electromagnetic and acoustic pulses emitted from an arcing fault when it is surged. They can also be used with any Megger PFL Power Cable Fault Locating system/surge generator or other supplier.
