多功能恒溫解凍儀由于在低溫冰凍過程中脆性增強及運輸周轉等因素，容易造成不同程度破壞滲漏。由于破壞程度不同，滲漏程度也不相同。破損較大使?jié)B漏明顯時，用肉眼觀察及擦式或擠壓等方法即可查出。有破損微孔時，因血漿黏稠度高而不會滲出，加之外部被水侵泡后的潮濕使肉眼觀察和其他檢查難以分辨。此時若用水浸泡方法融化血漿時，在血漿滲透壓和周圍水的壓力下使含有致病菌及各種病毒污水易滲入內造成血漿污染。為減少輸血反應，保障輸血安全，作者經過研究，用干式法與濕式法進行了血漿融化比較。
多功能恒溫解凍儀：內置循環(huán)小囊，全封閉干燥式解凍，不會有污水從肉眼很難發(fā)現的破損滲入內。如有微漏，在干燥表面也能發(fā)現。直接用水浸泡含有致病菌和病毒的污水易從的微破損處滲入袋內，由于袋外水分較多，較難發(fā)現。
干式解凍后外表面干燥、標簽清晰、無脫落。濕式解凍后血漿外表面潮濕因擦拭而易造成粘連、模糊、標簽易脫落。干式解凍融漿箱易清潔、易**。而水溫箱，不易清潔及**。溫水還容易滋長大量**。干式法外表面及操作臺干燥清潔，無污水滴濺對周邊環(huán)境無污染。而濕式法，從水中撈出時，會有大量**、污水到處滴濺，造成操作臺和周邊環(huán)境污染。
多功能恒溫解凍儀無需換水，節(jié)約水源，溫度恒定，并且是智能控制操作又簡單。而濕式法，水浴還需經常換水，造成水源浪費及污水污染環(huán)境。
目前國內許多醫(yī)院都在使用直接水浴溫式融漿。將直接放入水中浸泡解凍，從水中很容易使病原性微生物造成血液污染。有人報道輸新鮮冰凍血漿后發(fā)生不佳反應率占1.7%，還有報道[1]輸血漿反應率為2.9%，我院輸新鮮冰凍血漿發(fā)生反應率為1.1%，2008年后減至0.58%。在上述反應中，是否與新鮮冰凍血漿融解方式不同使反應率增加之故，很值得人們高度關注。
盡管多功能恒溫解凍儀優(yōu)點多但是也存在缺點，融漿時間比濕式法要長10分鐘，其融漿箱內保溫設施還需進一步*。
綜上所述，認為干式法明顯優(yōu)于濕式法。為了保障輸血安全，早日杜絕輸血安全隱患，建議用干式法代替濕式法。
