The 2280S series high-precision measuring, low-noise, programmable dc power supply is not only a clean power supply, but also a high-precision measuring instrument. They can output stable, low noise voltages and monitor load currents over a wide dynamic range of nanoamperes to amperes. The output voltage of 2280s-32-6 type power supply is up to 32V at 6A current; The output voltage of 2280s-60-3 type power supply is up to 60V when the current is 3.2a.

These power supplies use linear voltage regulation to ensure low noise output and superior load current measurement sensitivity. High - resolution color thin - film transistor (TFT) display can display a variety of measurement information. Soft buttons and rollers are combined with the TFT display to provide a user interface for easy guiding and to speed up the setup and use of the instrument. In addition, built-in plotting capabilities allow for monitoring trends such as drift. These power supplies provide the flexibility required for desktop and automated test system applications. For example, they provide manifest patterns, triggers, and other speed optimizations to minimize time in automated test applications.

Digital multimeter (DMM) high quality, low current measurement, with high resolution

Different from traditional power supply, the measuring resolution of 2280S series power supply is up to 6 and a half bits. Voltage output measurement resolution up to 100 V. These power supply load currents are measured in the range of 100nA to amp levels. They have 4 load current measuring ranges (10A, 1A, 100mA, 10mA), support full load current, standby mode current and sleep mode current measurement, and have the quality accuracy of digital multimeter (DMM). High resolution allows for characteristic analysis of small variations in the load current and allows for a wide range of measurements in a single range, with superior accuracy at both low and high current values.
