設備為機電分開式，由主控電源、磁化移動裝置、上料裝置、 工件轉(zhuǎn)動裝置、退磁裝置等組成，主要用于各種鉆鋌、管體的磁粉探傷，為適應大批量檢測，設置成自動上下料結(jié)構(gòu)，主電路采用斷電相位控制、遠離法自動退磁，可根據(jù)用戶要求選擇不同夾具，適應不同工件，全程由PLC控制，檢測效率高，是一種鉆鋌、管體專用檢測設備。

The equipment is electromechanical separated type and consists of a main control power supply, a magnetization moving device, a feeding device, a workpiece rotating device, a demagnetization device and the like. It is mainly used for magnetic particle inspection of various drill collars and pipe bodies. In order to adapt to large-scale inspection, the equipment is provided with an automatic feeding and discharging structure. The main circuit adopts power-off phase control and automatic demagnetization by a remote method. Different clamps can be selected according to user requirements to adapt to different workpieces. The whole process is controlled by PLC and the detection efficiency is high. It is a special detection equipment for drill collars and pipe bodies.
