        JR28系列熱過載繼電器(以下簡稱繼電器)主要用于交流50Hz(60Hz)，額定工作電壓660V及以下，額定工作電流0.10-93A的電路中，作作電路和電動機的過載、斷相、啟動時間過長和堵轉(zhuǎn)時間過長的保護。

◆ 熱繼電器的基本工作原理

安裝使用及維修 Installation and maintenance

安裝使用

熱繼電器的整定電流調(diào)節(jié)范圍應(yīng)包容被保護對象的額定電流值。

熱繼電器整定電流調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕不能隨意旋轉(zhuǎn)，使用時請按保護對象的電流值進行調(diào)節(jié)、整定，否則容易引起誤動作。

選定組合安裝時，先適當(dāng)松動接觸器主接線端子上的接線螺釘，把熱繼電器的掛鉤部分插入接觸器相慶的溝槽，再把熱繼電器的導(dǎo)電桿插入接觸器的主接線端子內(nèi)，堅固主動接線端子上的螺釘，即可完成組合安裝。

選定分立安裝，首先按5.1.3程序?qū)崂^電器固定在附件(底板)上，即可進行分立安裝。

連接導(dǎo)線采用單芯聚氯乙烯(PVC)絕緣銅導(dǎo)線，輔助電路連接導(dǎo)線截面積1mm2，主電路連接導(dǎo)線載面積見表5，負(fù)載為電動機時的接線原理圖見圖5。

The connecting wire is made of single-core PVC insulated copper wire. The cross-sectional area of the auxiliary circuit connecting wire is 1mm2.
