應(yīng)用：

衛(wèi)生級(jí)離心泵廣泛適用于各類液體物料的輸送。如乳品、啤酒、飲料、醫(yī)藥化工等領(lǐng)域。

軸封：

衛(wèi)生級(jí)離心泵的軸封采用機(jī)械密封。其密封性能好，自潤(rùn)滑性能高。耐磨、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、無(wú)泄漏、裝拆方便。有單端面機(jī)械密封和帶水沖洗的單端面機(jī)械密封兩種。帶水沖洗機(jī)械密封的輔助封是一個(gè)經(jīng)久耐用的唇形密封。

性能和性：

衛(wèi)生離心泵為單位級(jí)，單吸，開式葉輪。泵殼、葉輪、葉輪座精心設(shè)計(jì)，降低了阻力。加快了泵內(nèi)液體的流速。從而提高了泵的整體性能。葉輪的開式設(shè)計(jì)保證了可清洗性（ClP）。具有的衛(wèi)生性能。在產(chǎn)品處理過(guò)程中具有滿足衛(wèi)生要求、平穩(wěn)性、抗化學(xué)性能、高效率和易于維護(hù)等特點(diǎn)。泵由四只可調(diào)支撐。出口可回轉(zhuǎn)任意角度。從而大大提高了安裝和使用范圍。

電機(jī)：

1、電機(jī)采用“ABB”品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三相交流機(jī)電。按照國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)IEC60034、IEC60072標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造，符合歐共體“CE”標(biāo)記要求。

2、的電氣性能、低噪音、低震動(dòng)。電機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP55。絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)。

Shaft seal

Theshaft seal of sanitary centrifugal pump adopts mechanical seal，with good，sealing performance，high self lubricating ability，wear resisting，high temperature，corrosion resisting，non-leak and  easyinstallation. The pump is equipped with either an external single or flushedmechanical shaft seal. All mechanical sealing spare parts are easily exchanged，rapidly maintained，ａnd economical，making the maximum pump lifespan.

Sanitary CIP Pump

應(yīng)用：衛(wèi)生級(jí)CIP泵主要用來(lái)處理一些含氣物料的輸送。因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于液位高低不穩(wěn)定，甚至液位低于泵進(jìn)口的各種場(chǎng)合吸取物料，也作為CIP系統(tǒng)的回程泵使用。是食品，化工，醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的輸送設(shè)備

性能特點(diǎn)：采用側(cè)通道原理具有的抽吸能力衛(wèi)生性好，易清洗低成本維護(hù)低電耗，低噪音

衛(wèi)生級(jí)旋轉(zhuǎn)式凸輪轉(zhuǎn)子泵

Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)：

泵齒輪箱上仍保留有其常規(guī)凸輪容積泵的設(shè)計(jì)概念，即一個(gè)堅(jiān)固的鑄鐵齒輪箱，這樣的齒輪箱設(shè)計(jì)可提供泵軸剛性，以及輪松更換油封。各款型的轉(zhuǎn)子泵，如屬于系列1至系列3的，均裝配有一種萬(wàn)用型號(hào)齒輪箱設(shè)計(jì)。這種設(shè)計(jì)提供了泵體安裝的靈活選擇余地，即用戶通過(guò)改換支撐腳，就可以將出/入接口布置為水平式或垂直式。箱的外表面進(jìn)行防護(hù)，以使之能耐受天然因素腐蝕性物質(zhì)破壞。

泵頭結(jié)構(gòu)---標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格的轉(zhuǎn)子泵均采用符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，按照衛(wèi)生要求而設(shè)計(jì)的全面貫通式出口及入口接口，從而保證了出/入接口的流動(dòng)率及NPSH特性。同時(shí)，還能向用戶提供放大直徑的以及矩形的接口，以滿足處理具有粘稠度的產(chǎn)品的需求。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格的泵還配備有三菱轉(zhuǎn)子，同時(shí)用戶也可選擇蝶形轉(zhuǎn)子替換，以用來(lái)處理含有大量活性固態(tài)物的各類流體。所有的轉(zhuǎn)子均有能滿足三種不同溫度額定值的供應(yīng)可由用戶選擇，以便在其工藝處理溫度分別為70℃，130℃和200℃的條件下，都能夠進(jìn)行流體的泵送操作和CIP（原位清洗）。

Standard design:

TheLobe pump with its conventional lobe pump design concept has a robust cast irongearbox, which provides maximum shaft rigidity and easy oil seal replacement.         The range has a universal gearboxdesign ,This gives the flexibility of mounting pumps with the inlet and outletports in either a vertical or horizontal plane by changing the foot position.

Aquality epoxy paint system is used on the gearbox exterior for optimumprotection against natural and corrosive elements.

TheWGZ in standard specification has sanitary design full bore inlet and outletports to lnternational Standards, max imising inlet and outlet port efficiencyａnd NPSH characteristics .Enlarged diameter and rectangular ports are alsoavailable to handle very high viscosity produst.

TheWGZ in standard specification hsa tri-lobe rotors with the option of bi-lobe rotors for handling fluids containinglarge delicate solids. All rotors are avaibable in three temperature ratingsallowing the pump to be operated at maximum process temperatures of 70℃,130℃ and 200℃ forboth fluid pumped and ClP.

接觸產(chǎn)品的彈密封材料部分由EPDM，丁晴（NBR），氟橡膠（FPM）材料制造，所有此類部件均符合FDA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為適應(yīng)化工部應(yīng)用需求，還有聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）材料制成的部件。

軸封可選項(xiàng)

單端式或單端注水式/冷卻式（可提供蒸汽屏障以適用于有無(wú)菌要求的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中）機(jī)械密封。
