The explosion-proof electronic belt scale produced by Wetek can be used in enterprises requiring dust and explosion-proof, chemical plant coal power plant, ground and well adaptation.

This product is composed of ground system and multiple underground explosion isolation and safe electronic belt scales. The system includes: underground electronic belt scale, explosion isolation and safety type testing station. Ground industrial control PC machine monitoring system, lightning arrester, data communication interface and other equipment composition. It is a kind of intelligent, multi-functional, high-precision real-time measuring instrument and safety type designed to give full play to the advantages of dynamic measurement technology, computer communication technology and coal mine safety technology. It is applicable for dynamic online measurement of raw coal of belt machine on coal mine well.

Features of the explosion-proof electronic belt scale system

Remote control function: in the ground control room can be directly managed on the well belt scale, without the need to use the well site, open the instrument explosion-proof shell illegal operation.

The breakthrough of the well scale part into the intelligent computer of independent working system, so that multiple scale signals only need a pair of telephone lines for data transmission, there is not any converter in the middle, the control distance is as far as 35 kilometers, to ensure the authenticity of data transmission.

The intelligent computer of the well scale part also has a short-term measurement protection function, to ensure that in the case of the live communication terminal of the host system, the scale part has its own system, operate independently, remember the output during the disconnection line, transmit the data to the host, and automatically accumulate.

Ground industrial control system PC position Windows2000 or WindowsXP system development, industrial configuration software programming.

Menu options, and easy to operate. Main display functions include: main screen display equipment name, belt machine operation condition, flow, load, instantaneous flow histogram, running time of belt machine, etc.
