PSP106型色譜儀符合GB/T13610-2003《天然氣的組成分析氣相色譜法》廣泛應(yīng)用于燃?xì)饩呱a(chǎn)企業(yè)、燃?xì)庥?jì)量檢測(cè)部門(mén)、科研、環(huán)保和配氣等行業(yè)。
天然氣是由多種組分構(gòu)成的混合物。天然氣的組成是指天然氣中所含的組分及其在可檢測(cè)范圍內(nèi)的相應(yīng)含量。在檢測(cè)時(shí)通常所指的組成是指天然氣中甲烷、乙烷等烴類組分和N2、CO2等常見(jiàn)的非烴組分的含量。盡管天然氣還含有如硫化物、水等雜質(zhì)，但如果不特別說(shuō)明，在組成分析時(shí)并不檢測(cè)這些組分。在商品天然氣的組分分析中，由于組分相對(duì)穩(wěn)定，只要求對(duì)Cl至C6的烴類組分進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單分析(也稱常規(guī)分析)。
目前，我國(guó)針對(duì)天然氣組分分析的氣相色譜法，制定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《GB/T13610一2003天然氣的組成分析一氣相色譜法》采用外標(biāo)法，檢測(cè)器使用熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器(TCD)。我們需要通過(guò)氣相色譜儀分析天然氣的組分，并根據(jù)組分來(lái)計(jì)算其密度，壓縮因子，發(fā)熱量等。
PSP106型色譜儀是我公司緊跟科技發(fā)展進(jìn)程，按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制的實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化的一體式分析儀器，將發(fā)生器、分析儀、電腦、色譜工作站合為一體，通過(guò)一次進(jìn)樣可以完成氣體中含量的精確分析。儀器內(nèi)置八核處理器平板電腦，直接在儀器屏幕上顯示分析結(jié)果，方便，快捷。
