．概述：

三. HL-1恒流泵使用方法：
1. 初次使用時(shí)，先把“調(diào)速”旋鈕調(diào)到中速位置，然后接通電源，此時(shí)指示燈亮，
滾子開(kāi)始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，調(diào)節(jié)“調(diào)速”旋鈕，觀察儀器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，正常后即可使用。
2. 安裝硅膠管，根據(jù)流量需要選用合適內(nèi)徑的硅膠管，（細(xì)管裝在泵頭的細(xì)槽內(nèi)，粗管裝在泵頭的粗槽內(nèi)）。
3. 預(yù)測(cè)流量，選擇好合適內(nèi)徑的硅膠管，調(diào)整泵頭的調(diào)壓螺絲，同時(shí)按“排氣” 旋鈕，使硅膠管內(nèi)的空氣排出，用量杯可預(yù)測(cè)需要的流量，此時(shí)只需調(diào)節(jié)“調(diào)速”旋鈕可改變流量，流量確定后請(qǐng)把“調(diào)速”旋鈕上的“鎖緊開(kāi)關(guān)”往下鎖緊。
4. 使用 “順逆”開(kāi)關(guān)，可以改變輸液方向，使加液改變?yōu)槌橐海訅焊淖優(yōu)槌閴骸?
5. 調(diào)節(jié)板兩側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)螺絲是用于調(diào)節(jié)液體壓力的，般只要擰到有液體流動(dòng)即可，調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)須注意不要擰的太緊，否則滾子會(huì)軋死。
6. “排氣”按鈕的作用是在慢速時(shí)不改變?cè)瓉?lái)設(shè)定流量的情況下快速排除管內(nèi)空氣或清洗管道。
7. 此機(jī)與BS系列收集器連用時(shí)，將四芯插頭插入收集器后面板的“恒流泵”插座中，其電源受收集器控制。此機(jī)單獨(dú)使用時(shí)，將四芯插頭改為芯電源插頭即可，本機(jī)附有備件。
四. HL-1恒流泵注意事項(xiàng)：
1. 調(diào)節(jié)“調(diào)速”旋鈕時(shí)，請(qǐng)不要在“鎖緊”開(kāi)關(guān)鎖定情況下強(qiáng)行調(diào)節(jié)，以免損壞旋鈕。
2. 儀器在使用期間，應(yīng)隨時(shí)注意硅膠管是否完好，般在中速情況下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)為佳，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)硅膠管使用老化時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換硅膠管。當(dāng)儀器開(kāi)始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，硅膠管可能有向端拱起現(xiàn)象，可用手拉直即可。
3. 要注意保持泵頭槽內(nèi)清潔，尤其對(duì)滾子軸套（中間只）必須擦干凈，以免滾子軋死。
4. 恒流泵長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)，請(qǐng)把硅膠管從泵頭中取出，延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命。硅膠管是易損物品，使用段時(shí)間后請(qǐng)及時(shí)更換。不然會(huì)造成漏液，損壞儀器！
5. 根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)和不同流量，請(qǐng)選用不同粗細(xì)的硅膠管。
