一、進(jìn)口閘閥概述
品牌：美國歐可OKE
進(jìn)口閘閥，American Standard cast steel gate valve，也叫美標(biāo)API閘閥，美標(biāo)ANSI閘閥，美標(biāo)磅級(jí)閘閥，是指采用鑄鋼的閥體材質(zhì)，制造和設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用API或者ANSI的美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的閘閥，適用于ANSI Class 150~2500，工作溫度＜600℃的石油、化工、火力電站等各種工況的管路上，切斷或接通管路介質(zhì)。適用介質(zhì)為：水、油品、氣體用等。

二、進(jìn)口美標(biāo)閘閥參數(shù)
1、公稱壓力或壓力級(jí)： ANSI CLASS 150-1500LB、JIS10-20K
2、公稱通徑或口徑：DN25～1000、NPS 1/2 ～36"
3、連接方式：法蘭
4、適用溫度：-196℃～700℃
5、驅(qū)動(dòng)方式：手動(dòng)、傘齒輪傳動(dòng)、氣動(dòng)、電動(dòng)、液動(dòng)、氣液聯(lián)動(dòng)、電液聯(lián)動(dòng)

①美標(biāo)閘閥產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)制造符合美國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ANSIB16.34，美國石油學(xué)會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)AP16D和API600要求。
②美標(biāo)閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、剛性好、密封安全可靠。
③美標(biāo)閘閥關(guān)閉件（閘板）采用彈性結(jié)構(gòu)，在工作中能自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償由于異常負(fù)荷或溫度引起的閥體變形。因此，密封可靠，并且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生閘板楔柱。
④美標(biāo)閘閥公稱通徑大于等于NPS1011，壓力級(jí)400磅級(jí)和公稱通徑大于等于NPSS611、壓力級(jí)600～2500磅級(jí)的手動(dòng)閥門，其操做裝置中配有滾動(dòng)軸承，啟閉輕松。
⑤美標(biāo)閘閥主體材料、內(nèi)件材料、填料、墊片、緊固件的材料可根據(jù)用戶要求或?qū)嶋H工況條件合理組合。
⑥美標(biāo)閘閥閥座可為更掀式閥座，可任意組合與關(guān)閉密封面材質(zhì)配對(duì)，以滿足工況要求，延長使用壽命。
