欣諭凍干機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)可校正的信號(hào)傳送器，控制元件通過(guò)可校驗(yàn)信號(hào)變送器直接連接到PLC 的輸入模擬器上，信號(hào)至少包括硅油入口溫度、箱體真空以及SIP 設(shè)備的排出口溫度和箱體壓力。這些4-20ma 信號(hào)同時(shí)也通過(guò)電流回路連接到記錄儀上，所有其它的模擬數(shù)據(jù)也傳送到記錄儀上，在記錄儀中模擬數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字格式，并被傳送到PLC 用于顯示在SCADA。
Critical control instruments are connected directly to 4-20 mA PLC analogue inputs, via signal transmitters. Signal calibration may be performed at the transmitter or via software in the SCADA system. These are as a minimum: the fluid inlet temperature, chamber vacuum, and the drain temperatures and chamber pressure for steam machines. These 4-20 mA signals are also connected via a current loop to the recorder. All other analogue process data is transmitted to the recorder where it is converted into a digital format and re-transmitted to the PLC for display on the SCADA.
Control Cabinet控制柜

The control cabinet is free standing. All the main control components are installed within the control cabinet.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) 可編程序控制器 (PLC)
控制系統(tǒng)基于OMRON PLC。

The Lyomax Compact control system is based on an Omron PLC.
Machine control is performed by the PLC. The PLC directly controls all the machine’s functions. According to process and plant data and the program downloaded to its memory, the PLC activates the outputs to properly operate the plant’s systems.
The program stored in the PLC’s memory is able to safely control all the functions such as semi-automatic and automatic freeze drying and defrosting. The PLC provides proportional control for the shelf temperature and digital control chamber vacuum during freeze-drying.
Sterile Room Control Panel無(wú)菌間控制面板

A satin finish stainless steel panel is supplied for fitting in the sterile area wall adjacent to the Lyophilizer door. Within the panel are mounted controls for:
•Activating the chamber illumination
•Admitting air/selected gas to the chamber
•Operating the hydraulic stoppering system (where fitted)
•Opening the chamber drain valve
•Digital pressure display, when the freeze dryer operates above atmospheric pressure.
