人宮頸癌細(xì)胞-HeLa細(xì)胞是一個來自人體組織經(jīng)連續(xù)培養(yǎng)獲得的非整倍體上皮樣細(xì)胞系，它由GeyGO等在1951年從31歲女性黑人的宮頸癌組織建立。已知該細(xì)胞系含有人HPV病毒HPV18序列，需在2級生物安全防護(hù)臺操作。該細(xì)胞角蛋白陽性，p53表達(dá)量較低，但表達(dá)正常水平的pRB（視網(wǎng)膜母細(xì)胞瘤抑制因子）。
