詳細(xì)介紹

光纜型號(hào)Cable type：ADSS

產(chǎn)品描述：
ADSS光纜結(jié)構(gòu)是：光纖位于帶纖膏的松套管中；纜芯中心是非金屬加強(qiáng)芯FRP（可能會(huì)加PE墊層），F(xiàn)RP周圍由松套管、填充繩絞合而成，纜芯內(nèi)、外的間隙填充纜膏。纜芯先聚乙烯內(nèi)護(hù)套，然后包上一層芳綸紗，最后再聚乙烯外護(hù)套或耐電痕（AT）外護(hù)套。
The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) (may PE blanket) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (ａnd fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound, it is covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath. After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.

主要性能：

1、允許拉力：根據(jù)用戶要求設(shè)計(jì)；

2、允許壓扁力：2200N/100mm（當(dāng)纜芯無(wú)內(nèi)護(hù)套時(shí)為1000N/100mm）；

3、彎曲半徑：靜態(tài)彎曲半徑15倍光纜外徑，動(dòng)態(tài)彎曲半徑25倍光纜直徑；

4、儲(chǔ)存和使用溫度范圍：-40～+70℃。

5、對(duì)于10KV和35KV的電力線路可采用聚乙烯護(hù)套，對(duì)于110kV和220kV的電力線路則必須通過(guò)計(jì)算電場(chǎng)場(chǎng)強(qiáng)分布來(lái)確定光纜掛點(diǎn)并采用耐電痕外護(hù)套。

光纖色譜和套管色譜：

1、光纖色譜為“全色譜"，顏色依次為：藍(lán)色、橙色、綠色、棕色、灰色、白色（或本色）、紅色、黑色、黃色、紫色、粉紅色、水綠色；

2、套管色譜通常分兩種：

（1）全色譜，顏色依次為：藍(lán)色、橙色、綠色、棕色、灰色、白色、紅色、黑色、黃色、紫色、粉紅色、水綠色；
