YI、TCFS-4型磨片機(jī)概述：TCFS-4型磨片機(jī)橡膠廠及科研單位磨制橡膠試片到定厚度供其他試驗(yàn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。是檢驗(yàn)橡膠質(zhì)量工作中的設(shè)備之。
磨片機(jī)主要是由機(jī)座進(jìn)給拖板、工作輪、吸塵器（需客戶定制）、電動(dòng)機(jī)、砂輪等主要部件組成。形成了粗、細(xì)兩種砂輪同時(shí)工作，具有機(jī)兩用的特點(diǎn)。本產(chǎn)使用方便、節(jié)約時(shí)間、提高工效、安全。
二、TCFS-4型磨片機(jī)技術(shù)特征：1、砂輪線速度：12米／
2、砂輪規(guī)格：G60APRI170×40×32：36粒；G60APRI170×40×32：80粒
3、電動(dòng)機(jī)：GO-11-40.6瓦三相380V：1400轉(zhuǎn)/分
4、吸塵器：電源220V
5、工作尺寸：直徑160毫米×44毫米，中心高214毫米
6、工作輪行程：20毫米

三、TCFS-4型磨片機(jī)使用方法：l、撥動(dòng)小手把，使?jié)L花偏心球張開(kāi)，將橡膠試片（試樣由刨片機(jī)刨出的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣）的端夾入，再將試片的另端逆時(shí)針?lè)较?，沿著工作輪運(yùn)用活動(dòng)壓棍壓好
。打開(kāi)設(shè)備左側(cè)下方門拿出吸塵器插頭插電后開(kāi)始工作。
2、按啟動(dòng)鍵，電動(dòng)機(jī)開(kāi)始工作，使砂輪向著頭所示方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，如果方向不致，調(diào)整三相電三根線的位置即可。
3、撥動(dòng)手柄，使上拖板沿著下層軌道向方移動(dòng)，手柄上裝有刻度盤，每小格為0.02毫米．
4、搖動(dòng)手輪，中裝有保險(xiǎn)裝置。手輪只許朝逆時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，反之用力過(guò)猛將會(huì)損壞其保險(xiǎn)裝置．
5、磨片機(jī)在工作時(shí)應(yīng)先粗磨、后細(xì)磨。左側(cè)為粗，右側(cè)為細(xì)
四、TCFS-4型磨片機(jī)維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)：l、如發(fā)現(xiàn)磨出的試片厚度不均及不平整現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)檢查砂輪平面是否下平行。
2、如發(fā)現(xiàn)砂輪有失調(diào)失圓現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)用割刀修正平面。
3、定期給拖板工作面加潤(rùn)滑面，以保持正常工作。
4、經(jīng)常調(diào)整螺母與絲桿的間隙大小。
5、該機(jī)安裝在無(wú)震動(dòng)及無(wú)來(lái)源的環(huán)境中。
注意：為安全考慮，建議不使用小手把。
