YI、TCFS-7型耐熱懸掛裝置簡(jiǎn)介：TCFS-7型防水卷材耐熱懸掛裝置符合 GB/T 328 中規(guī)定防水卷材在溫度升高時(shí)的抗流動(dòng)性測(cè)定，試驗(yàn)卷材的上表面和下表面在規(guī)定溫度或連續(xù)在不同濕度測(cè)定的耐熱性限。 本儀器是用來(lái)檢測(cè)產(chǎn)的耐熱性要求，或規(guī)定產(chǎn)的耐熱性限，如測(cè)定老化后性能的變化結(jié)果。本儀器需和烘箱配合使用。本儀器符合GB/T328.11的有關(guān)要求。耐熱性懸掛裝置儀器組成：本
儀器由夾子，劃線器，插銷等組成。
二、TCFS-7型耐熱懸掛裝置使用說(shuō)明：1、耐熱性懸掛裝置使用方法：先將試樣按規(guī)定尺寸裁剪好，然后把試樣需要刮除的部分事先劃出線。
2、將刮刀放在電熱爐(需自備)上加溫，等刮刀足夠熱后，在正反兩面按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用20mm刮刀刮除20×15mm的兩個(gè)區(qū)域(直至胎體)，用40mm的刮刀刮除100×15mm的區(qū)域(直至胎體)。刮涂干凈后，將劃線器裝在20×15mm的區(qū)域，在試件的裸露區(qū)上打好眼，用插銷將兩個(gè)劃線器固定好后，用記號(hào)筆在正反兩面分別沿試件寬度方向劃線。
3、劃線完畢后，將劃線器卸下，用夾子夾在100×15mm的區(qū)域，涂蓋層不要夾到，必要時(shí)用如硅紙(需自備)的不粘層包住兩面，便于試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)除去夾子。
