二、TCGB-20型糙面土工膜毛糙高度測(cè)定儀原理：
TCGB-20型糙面土工膜毛糙高度測(cè)定儀主要適用于糙面土工膜試樣上用深度計(jì)測(cè)量膜面凸出處（峰）與凹陷處（谷）表面之間的高度差，對(duì)樣品在寬度方向上所有youxiao點(diǎn)的測(cè)量值取平均值作為糙面土工膜的毛糙高度。

四、TCGB-20型糙面土工膜毛糙高度測(cè)定儀試驗(yàn)步驟：
1、按GB/T 2918規(guī)定的23℃±2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)環(huán)境進(jìn)行，狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間不少于4h,并在該條件下進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。
2、測(cè)量將深度計(jì)的指示器歸零。
3、將深度計(jì)測(cè)針置于糙面土工膜樣品的表面凹點(diǎn)并保持穩(wěn)定。
4、在刻度盤指示器上讀數(shù)和記錄，jingzhun到0.01mm。
5、將深度計(jì)放置在下一個(gè)位置，重復(fù)測(cè)量過(guò)程。
6、沿樣品寬度方向按等間隔確定測(cè)量的位置點(diǎn)，至少測(cè)30點(diǎn)，始末兩個(gè)測(cè)量點(diǎn)距樣品邊緣應(yīng)不小于50mm。
五、TCGB-20型糙面土工膜毛糙高度測(cè)定儀試驗(yàn)報(bào)告：
對(duì)刻度盤指示器上直接讀出的所有數(shù)據(jù)取平均值為毛糙高度值。
毛糙高度值的報(bào)告應(yīng)包含以下信息：
1、糙面土工膜試驗(yàn)的規(guī)格、類型和取樣方式；
2、試驗(yàn)儀器的名稱或描述；
3、測(cè)量點(diǎn)尺寸；
4、試驗(yàn)樣品尺寸；
5、測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)量；
6、所有測(cè)量值的平均值；
7、樣品測(cè)量值的偏差，%。
六、注意事項(xiàng)：使用完畢清理表面，以備下次使用。
