TCJT-1型土工布圓盤取樣器其性能符合JTGE50公路土工合成材料試驗規(guī)程、SL235土工合成材料試驗規(guī)程、用手切取各種毛紡、混紡、化纖、針織等織物的圓形樣品。

二、TCJT-1型土工布圓盤取樣器技術(shù)指標：1、取樣面積：100cm2
2、可切厚度：15mm
3、外型尺寸：ф160X115mm

三、TCJT-1型土工布圓盤取樣器結(jié)構(gòu)與調(diào)整：1、切刀刀片為雙面刀片，具有四片，為圓外接四等分均布。刀片可以更換，具體操作為：松開件5十字螺釘（每片上有4顆螺釘），取下件6刀片壓板與件4取樣刀片，換上新的刀片，壓上件6刀片壓板，注意使刀片口為順時針切向并使四片刀口處于同平面，然后擰緊5十字螺釘即可。
2、儀器底部有真紋刻痕，用于固定式樣，便于切割，防止試樣打滑。
3、波紋手輪下有滾花刻盤，可以用來調(diào)整所切厚度，具體做法為：松開件3鎖緊螺釘，旋轉(zhuǎn)件2滾花刻盤（順時針減少，逆時針增加）。至所取厚度值，鎖緊件3鎖緊螺釘即可。
四、TCJT-1型土工布圓盤取樣器使用方法：1、取待裁織物，量好厚度，按上述調(diào)整好取樣器刻盤。
2、將待織物平鋪軟木墊上，將圓盤取樣器放在織物上，手扶住外罩7，手握住波紋手輪1，并旋加定壓力，然后順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)波紋手輪1（轉(zhuǎn)角>90度）即可將圓試樣截取。

儀器裁取試樣應(yīng)在軟木墊上進行，儀器不用時擦拭干凈，置于儀器盒中，以免儀器損壞。
使用段時間后如刀片不鋒利，按3.1條更換刀片。
