據(jù)技術(shù)部4月8日上午08點(diǎn)52分透露：（/c149978/products/d.html）YI、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀概述：HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀采用了擺線針輪減速機(jī)，減速比大、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、磨料流量可調(diào)，能地節(jié)約磨料的用量。鋼輪轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)可預(yù)置，并具有轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)顯示功能，轉(zhuǎn)到預(yù)定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)時(shí)，電機(jī)自動(dòng)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
該試驗(yàn)機(jī)具有設(shè)計(jì)合理、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、造型美觀、操作方便、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、讀數(shù)直觀等特點(diǎn)。主要適用于無釉磚、馬賽克等脆性材料及水泥磚的耐磨試驗(yàn)。本試驗(yàn)機(jī)符合國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T3810.6《無釉磚耐磨深度的測(cè)定》對(duì)試驗(yàn)儀器的要求。

二、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀主要技術(shù)參數(shù)： 1、摩擦鋼輪
（1）轉(zhuǎn)速：75rpm
（2）直徑：200±0.2mm
（3）厚度：10±0.1mm無釉磚試驗(yàn)用
（4）硬度：HB203~245
（5）當(dāng)鋼輪使用到φ199mm時(shí)必須更換。

（1）按無釉磚試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)100g100r±10g
3、料斗容積小于5L
4、外形尺寸：600X400X1400mm

三、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀主要結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理：
見圖1 由料斗1、支承座2、減速機(jī)3、電器4、地腳5、落料箱6、摩擦鋼輪7、小漏斗8、試樣夾具9、底座位10組成。
(注：水泥磚和無釉陶瓷磚只需更換摩擦鋼輪、小漏斗和平衡錘即可)。
試驗(yàn)機(jī)是通過摩擦鋼輪在規(guī)定條件和磨料作用下，在試樣表面產(chǎn)生磨坑，測(cè)量磨坑弦長(zhǎng)，并計(jì)算磨坑體積，表示試樣的磨損度。
四、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀安裝與調(diào)試：1、試驗(yàn)機(jī)的工作環(huán)境應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定
（1）環(huán)境溫度：室溫
（2）在無震動(dòng)的環(huán)境中
（3）周圍無腐蝕性介質(zhì)
（4）在穩(wěn)固的、水平的基礎(chǔ)上
（5）電源：三相四線、相電壓380V、線電壓220V、電壓波動(dòng)范圍不超過額定電壓的±10% 。
2、試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)安裝在堅(jiān)硬的水平混凝土地面上。
3、安裝
（1）打開包裝箱，拆去底座四角處的4只螺釘，卸去包裝底座將4只。
（2）地腳旋入底座的螺栓孔，并調(diào)整地腳使試驗(yàn)機(jī)水平。
五、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀結(jié)果計(jì)算與評(píng)定： 1、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果按5塊試樣的平均磨損體積進(jìn)行評(píng)定。
2、測(cè)量試樣表面的磨坑弦長(zhǎng)精確至0.1mm測(cè)得弦長(zhǎng)后可從無釉磚耐磨深度的測(cè)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中查出磨損體積。
3、磨損體積以Vmm
根據(jù)磨坑的弦長(zhǎng)按下列公式計(jì)算

注意事項(xiàng)
六、HBTCY型陶瓷磚無釉面耐磨測(cè)定儀注意事項(xiàng)與維修保養(yǎng)： 1、接電源線時(shí)，應(yīng)注意電機(jī)正反轉(zhuǎn)，鋼輪應(yīng)按箭頭方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
2、試驗(yàn)機(jī)必須在接地標(biāo)志處接地。線徑不小于1.5mm。
3、每次試驗(yàn)后，應(yīng)將試驗(yàn)打掃干凈，尤其應(yīng)將夾具及導(dǎo)軌上的沙子清掃干凈。
