四、HBTCG-16型管材與管件耐拉拔試驗儀試驗方法： 1、試樣由管件與或二段聚乙烯管材組裝而成，每段管材長度至少為 300 mm。管材尺寸應與管件 相配，并按產品說明書的要求組裝。 2、試樣數(shù)量為三件，試驗溫度為23士2C. 調試儀器至工作狀態(tài)。 3、測童管材內徑的大值、小值，取算術平均值;測量管材外徑的大值、小值，取算術平均值 用下列公式計算試驗所需要的力K: K=15×α×π÷4 ×（d1-d） 式中:a--聚乙烯管材的允許設計應力; D1— 管材平均外徑，mm; d— 管材平均內徑，mm K值取小數(shù)點后位數(shù)字。 4、將試樣固定在拉力計上(或懸掛于框架上)，在30 s內逐漸施加到計算的力K，保持試樣在恒定的 縱向拉力1h，檢查試樣連接處是否松脫 5、試驗結果 在三件試樣中，試樣連接處均未松脫，則認為通過試驗。 Test method of hbtcg-16 tube and fitting drawing resistance tester: 1.
