YI、WDW-50型環(huán)剛度試驗機（微機控制）簡介：
WDW-50型環(huán)剛度試驗機（微機控制）是我公司新代全自動控制試驗機。該機采用計算機自動控制，實時顯示實驗數(shù)據(jù)及試驗曲線，并外接打印機打印實驗報告。主機與輔具的設(shè)計融匯了我公司的技術(shù)，外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定。微機或控制器，經(jīng)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制電機轉(zhuǎn)動，經(jīng)減速系統(tǒng)減速后通過進口絲杠副帶動橫梁上升、下降，完成試樣的拉伸、壓縮力學性能試驗，無污染、噪音低，效率高，具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍。符合GB/T9647《熱塑性塑料管材環(huán)剛度的測定》的要求。該機廣泛應用于鋼鐵冶金、建筑建材、航空航天、機械制造、電線電纜、橡膠塑料、紡織、家電等行業(yè)的材料檢驗分析，是科研院校、大院校、工礦企業(yè)、技術(shù)監(jiān)督、商檢仲裁等部門的理想測試設(shè)備。

Wdw-50 ring stiffness testing machine (microcomputer control) is a new generation of automatic control testing machine of our company. The machine is controlled automatically by computer, and displays the experimental data and curves in real time, and prints the experimental report with an external printer. The design of the main engine and auxiliary equipment integrates the advanced technology of our company, with beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The motor is controlled by the speed regulating system, and the cross beam is driven up and down by the imported screw pair after the speed is reduced by the speed reducing system. The tensile and compressive mechanical properties test of the sample is completed, which has no pollution, low noise, high efficiency and wide speed regulating range. It fully meets the requirements of GB / t9647 "determination of ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes".
