Product introduction
The TDR/TDT probe developed by "QuanYi MC" adopts the principle of time-domain reflectometry technology, which can detect the impedance value of PCB transmission line online and carry out high-precision on-line batch test for impedance change of high-speed PCB signal line.
It is an ergonomically designed handheld probe that connects TDR/TDT modules (e.g. 54754A) to printed circuit boards (PCBS) and devices that lack common coaxial high-frequency connectors. The probe has a built-in rotary wheel that adjusts the spacing between differential probes to allow good contact with the pad or test access point. The spacing of these test access points can range from extremely small (0.5 mm) to typical IC pin spacing (2.54 mm).
