關于N4700 材料

N4700陶瓷電容是近年研發(fā)成功的一種新型陶瓷，是產(chǎn)品中廣泛使用的陶瓷材質(zhì)，相對于其它I類陶瓷其介電常數(shù)大，適合于做容量較大的電容，其具有耐壓更高，介質(zhì)損耗小于0.2%，比一般II類陶瓷低很多；絕緣電阻大于200000MΩ，頻率特性好，溫度系數(shù)好，承受電流大，在溫度從-25℃到+85℃時容量變化+/-28%，壽命長，其使用壽命在10年以上。

N4700 ceramic capacitor is successfully developed in recent years, a new type of ceramic, a ceramic material widely used in high-end products,compared to other Class I ceramic dielectric constant large, suitable for larger capacitance, resistance higher voltage, dissipation factor less than 0.2%, much lower than the average class II ceramic; insulation resistance is greater than200000MΩ, better frequency and characteristics of the temperature coefficient, withstａnd greater current, Its temperature variation of capacitance is within ±28% from -25°C to +85°C, it is life of more than 10 years.




◆注意事項PRECAUTIONS

（1）運輸和儲存

?請避免在高溫或高濕度或淋雨狀態(tài)下運輸或儲存電容。

?不要放置在有毒氣體，如硫酸，鹽酸，硝酸等。

?避免碰。

（2）在操作過程中

?避免接觸，如汗液電解質(zhì)。不要赤手觸摸。

?避免過多的影響，如墜落造成。

?請勿焊接螺柱端子。

?不要再機終端。

（3）用法

?當電容器用于高速脈沖，如激光，確保外加電壓（峰 - 峰值電壓），電容器的額定規(guī)格內(nèi)。

?確保電容不暴露輻射室或變壓器。(1) During transportation and storage

(2) During operation

? Avoid contact with electrolytes such as perspiration. Do not touch with bare hands.

(3) Usage

? When the capacitor is used for high-speed pulses such as with a laser, make sure that the impressed voltage (peak-to-peak volt-age) is within the capacitor’s rated specifications.
