型號(hào)描述

堅(jiān)固的緊湊型位置調(diào)節(jié)器，適合安裝在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的推動(dòng)和擺動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置（參照 IEC 534-6 或 VDI/VDE 3845）上。帶有分段式位移傳感器的類型，也可用于調(diào)節(jié) Bürkert 過(guò)程調(diào)節(jié)閥。通過(guò)電流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào) 4…20mA 或 AS 端口（選項(xiàng)）規(guī)定數(shù)字式電氣位置調(diào)節(jié)器即定位器 Side- Control BASIC 的額定值。另外，還有一個(gè)二進(jìn)制輸入端和一個(gè)可選的模擬反饋信號(hào)可用。分別通過(guò)一個(gè)機(jī)械式指示元件和三個(gè)彩色 LED 指示閥門開(kāi)口度和裝置狀態(tài)。所有操作元件均處于外殼內(nèi)部。調(diào)試過(guò)程自動(dòng)進(jìn)行，通過(guò) DIP 開(kāi)關(guān)可直接在裝置上激活以下功能：- 密封關(guān)閉臨界值 - 額定信號(hào)的作用方向逆轉(zhuǎn) - 特征曲線選擇 - 手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)模式的切換。借助于通訊軟件還能實(shí)現(xiàn)其他的配置和參數(shù)化可能性，例如通過(guò)一個(gè)可編程的修正特征曲線將運(yùn)行特征曲線線性化。氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可同樣地應(yīng)用于單作用和雙作用的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置。其特征在于，在電氣或氣動(dòng)輔助能量失效時(shí)，仍能保持一個(gè)定義的安全特性，在供應(yīng)壓力為 7 bar 時(shí)，可用的空氣功率范圍非常大。

Type Description

The robust and compact positioner is designed to a standardisation acc. to IEC 534-6 or VDI/ VDE 3845 for assembly with linear and rotary actuators. In addition, the remote version with the displacement position sensor can be combined with Bürkert process control valves The setpoint setting for the electro-pneumatic digital Positioner SideControl BASIC occurs using a standard signal 4…20mA or with AS-Interface as an option. In addition there is a binary input and an optional analogue feedback available. The valve opening is signalled by a mechanical indicator element and the device staus is shown on three coloured LEDs. All the operational elements are found in the housing . The start-up happens automatically, and directly at the device the following functions can be activated through DIP switches: - Close tight function - Inversion of the operating direction of the setpoint signal - Characteristic curves selection - Switching between manual and automatic mode. Additional possibilities on configuration and parameter setting, for example, linearisation of the operation characteristics by using communications software which allows customised programming. The pilot valve system can be used equally for single and double-acting drives. It is characterised by a defined safety feature in case of failure of the electrical or pneumatic power supply and possesses an enormous air capacity range with pressure supply up to 7 bar.
