潛水泵不出水或流量不足
Submersible pumps do not discharge water or insufficient flow
1、主要原因
1. Main reasons
(1)水泵安裝高度過高，使得葉輪浸沒深度不夠，導致水泵出水量下降;
(1) The installation height of the pump is too high, which makes the impeller immersion depth insufficient, resulting in the decrease of the pump output;
(2)水泵轉(zhuǎn)向相反;
(2) Pump steering is opposite;
(3)出水閥門不能打開;
(3) The outlet valve cannot be opened;
(4)出水管路不暢通或葉輪被堵塞;
(4) The outlet pipe is not smooth or the impeller is blocked;
(5)水泵下端耐磨圈磨損嚴重或被雜物堵塞;
(5) The wear ring at the lower end of the pump is seriously worn or blocked by debris.
(6)抽送液體密度過大或粘度過高;
(6) Excessive density or viscosity of pumped liquid;
(7)葉輪脫落或損壞;
(7) The impeller falls off or is damaged;
(8)多臺水泵共用管路輸出時，沒有安裝單向閥門或單向閥門密封不嚴。
(8) When multiple pumps share the pipeline output, no one-way valve or one-way valve is not tightly sealed.
2、排除措施
2. Exclusive measures
(1)控制水泵安裝標高的允許偏差，不可隨意擴大;
(1) control the allowable deviation of the installation elevation of the water pump, and do not expａnd it at will;
(2)水泵試運轉(zhuǎn)前先空轉(zhuǎn)電動機，核對轉(zhuǎn)向使之與水泵一致。使用過程中出現(xiàn)上述情況應(yīng)檢查電源相序是否改變;
(2) Before commissioning of the pump, idle the motor and check the steering to make it consistent with the pump. In the course of use, the above situation should be checked whether the phase sequence of the power supply has changed.
(3)檢查閥門，并經(jīng)常對閥門進行維護;
(3) Check valves and maintain them regularly;
(4)清理管路及葉輪的堵塞物，經(jīng)常打撈蓄水池內(nèi)雜物：
(4) Clean up blockages in pipes and impellers, and often salvage debris in reservoirs:
(5)清理雜物或更換耐磨圈;
(5) Cleaning up debris or replacing wear-resistant rings;
(6)尋找水質(zhì)變化的原因并加以治理;
(6) To find out the causes of water quality changes and to control them;
(7)加固或更換葉輪;
(7) Reinforcing or replacing impellers;
(8)檢查原因后加裝或更換單向閥門。
(8) Inspect the cause and install or replace the one-way valve.
