排污泵因?yàn)樽鳂I(yè)環(huán)境相對惡劣復(fù)雜，若不注重日常養(yǎng)護(hù)，各類異常故障的發(fā)生概率相較其他泵類產(chǎn)品要高，發(fā)生銹蝕的排污泵往往開機(jī)困難，無法正常完成輸運(yùn)工作。
像這種情況只能通過拆泵后替換銹蝕嚴(yán)重的部件來恢復(fù)使用，而且發(fā)生銹蝕的部件如果十分嚴(yán)重，出現(xiàn)卡死情況，拆卸起來就會困難許多，可以通過加熱的方式來降低拆卸難度，配合木錘敲擊和一字螺絲刀進(jìn)行撬，盡量避免硬拉，以防損壞泵體。根據(jù)實(shí)際銹蝕情況，還可考慮在銹蝕的間隙中滴入潤滑油浸透片刻，可以進(jìn)一步降低拆卸難度。
從以往的排污泵使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看，通常是使用完畢后不排除積水，或者長時間存放在潮濕中導(dǎo)致的銹蝕。不銹鋼排污泵并非不會生銹，只是相對于一般的鋼鐵而言，所能適應(yīng)的環(huán)境更為廣泛，但若存放或者日常保養(yǎng)不當(dāng)，依然是有可能會生銹的。
在停用排污泵后及時排進(jìn)泵內(nèi)積液，如果一定時間內(nèi)不會再使用，則盡量存放在清潔通風(fēng)的環(huán)境中；
長時間不用的排污泵不要直接放置于液下不管，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時收納后儲存，減少電機(jī)受潮的機(jī)會，同時也減少受到銹蝕的概率；
定期檢查排污泵的運(yùn)行參數(shù)和各個組件的完好性，可有效預(yù)防異常工況的出現(xiàn)。

According to the actual corrosion situation, it can also be considered to drip lubricating oil into the corrosion gap and soak it for a moment, which can further reduce the difficulty of disassembly.
From the previous experience of using sewage pumps, it is usually caused by not removing ponding after use, or corrosion caused by storing in humidity for a long time. Stainless steel sewage pump is not free from rust, but it can adapt to a wider environment than ordinary steel, but it is still likely to rust if it is stored or maintained improperly.
After stopping the sewage pump, drain the accumulated liquid into the pump in time. If it will not be used for a certain period of time, store it in a clean and ventilated environment as far as possible;
Sewage pumps that have not been used for a long time should not be placed directly under the liquid. They should be stored after being stored in time to reduce the chance of the motor getting damp and the probability of corrosion at the same time;
Regularly check the operating parameters of the sewage pump and the integrity of each component, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of abnormal working conditions.
