In the installation of chemical centrifugal pump when, need six completion of specific operations, operating properly can let workers centrifugal pump in use have a very good working state, if the installation is not good may reduce the pump life, or cannot be used normally.
Before installation, received the factory sends the chemical centrifugal pump after the first examination, there is no damage, or in the pump without entering the dirt, if there is time to clean up, remove, if intact and no pollution, can be installed directly. In the installation of chemical centrifugal pump well pump when the first foundation plane, then after the solidification of the pump is mounted to the plane, see whether level, then watering hole grouting cement fixation. The fixed again after inspection level, whether the tilt. Measurement of coupling and the outer circle of two coupling end clearance error can not be more than 0.1mm. Check the suction pipe and the pressure of management support is built. Centrifugal pump installation position whether inhaled installed on the pipeline control valve and filter, preventing dirt from entering the pump.
