高壓防爆電機滾動軸承的維護與保養(yǎng)

儲存期超過半年或停機超過2個月后再次使用的防爆電機，應檢查軸承裝置的狀況。如有嚴重污染、無油、油干、零件銹蝕等狀況時，需將防爆電機的軸承裝置進行解 體，清洗軸承及與軸承相關的部件，然后重新加注潤滑脂。加注時，滾動軸承內(nèi)部應加滿潤滑脂，軸承內(nèi) 蓋與軸承外蓋所形成的空腔的填脂量為整個空腔的1/3-1/2。潤滑脂經(jīng)過一段時間使用以后，特性會變差，潤滑功能會降低，因此要適時補充潤滑脂。潤滑脂補充的時間間隔與補充數(shù)量打在防爆電機的注油牌上，應按照注油牌數(shù)據(jù)及時補充潤滑脂，才能保證滾動軸承的可靠運行。注油牌上的加油周期及數(shù)量適用于軸承70℃及以下工作狀態(tài)，但當軸承溫度超過70℃時，軸承溫度每上升15℃，潤滑脂的補充間隔時間減少一半。在設備定期檢修時，為了防爆電機在下一檢修周期內(nèi)的可靠運行，應拆檢軸承裝置，必要時更換軸承(圖\文/)。
