　　1.未做特別說明時，電纜額定電壓 (Uo/U) 均為 0.6/1KV 銅導(dǎo)體單芯低壓電力電纜。

　　4.分支電纜若要求采用色標(biāo)(黃、紅、綠、淺藍(lán)、黃綠)的 BV-500 型電線，應(yīng)在訂貨時詳細(xì)說明。

　　1.The cable is single core cooper cable with 0.6/1 kv rated voltage(Uo/U)without special induication.

　　FDZ系列預(yù)制分支電纜的主要性能 Main properties of FDZ Series Prefabricated Branch Cable

　　1、絕緣電阻 ≥200M Ω Km;

　　2、絕緣耐壓 3.5KV/5min 不擊穿;

　　3、良好氣密性與防水性，即將分支接頭浸入水中，在水與電纜芯之間測量絕緣電阻和工頻耐壓均應(yīng)符合1和2的要求。

　　4、分支接頭的接觸電阻的小，接觸電阻與等長的分支線的基準(zhǔn)電阻之比值 ≤1.2;

　　5、接頭短路強(qiáng)度大，短路后接觸電阻比率的變化率 ≤0.2;

　　6, ZR-YJV型阻燃預(yù)制分支電纜，護(hù)套的自熄時間 ≤12s，符合 GB12666.5 的要求。

　　7, NH 耐火型電纜除了能在正常的工作條件下供電外，也能在燃燒情況下，保持 90min 的正常運(yùn)行，符合 GB12666.6 的要求。

　　8,VV型電纜的銅芯的工作溫度為70°C，YJV型電纜的銅芯的工作溫度為90°C ;

　　9、具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性，能抵抗無機(jī)鹽、油、堿、酸和有機(jī)溶劑對它的腐蝕;

　　10, YJV型預(yù)制分支電纜具有優(yōu)良的熱穩(wěn)定性和抗老化性;

　　11, GWDZ-，WDZA-，WDNA-，WDZAI-，清潔型預(yù)制分支電纜具有低煙、低毒、無鹵、耐火等性能。

　　12, GZR-YJV 隔氧層系列分支電纜。具有高阻燃、耐火性能，阻燃性能超過阻燃標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A類。

　　4.Little contact resistance of branch joint.The ratio value of contact resistance resist ance of equal length branch lin if equal to or less than 1.2;

　　5.Large joint short circuit strength.The variation rate of contact resistance ration after shart circuit is equal to or less than 0.2;

　　6.For ZR-YJV typeflame-retarded prefabricated branch cables,self extinguishing time ofjacker is equal is equal to or less than 12s and meets GB12666.5;

　　7.Besides power supply in normal working condition NH fire resistance type cable can reamin normal operation foe 90min uder burning condition and meets GB12666.6;

　　8.Max.working temperature of copper core of VV type cable is 70°C and that of YJV type cable 90°C;

　　9.With excellent corrosive resistance,it can keep from eroding of inorganic salt,oil,base,acid.organic solution,ａnd so on;

　　10.YJV type prefabricated branch cable has excellent themal stability and aging resistance;

　　11.GWDZ-,WDZA-.WDNA-,WDZAN-clean-type precast branch cable possessed the features such as low smoke,lowtoxic,non-halogen and fire resistance etc;

　　FDZ系列預(yù)制分支電纜的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn) Main features of FDZ series prefabricated Branch Cable

　　具有優(yōu)良的供電安全可靠性

　　1、主干電纜導(dǎo)體無接頭，連續(xù)性好，減少了故障點(diǎn)。

　　2、分去接頭采用工廠全程機(jī)械化操作，大大降低了人為因素造成的質(zhì)量不良現(xiàn)象。

　　3、分支接頭結(jié)構(gòu)合理并采用的LYZ工藝制作，接觸電阻極小，不受熱脹冷縮影響。

　　4,短時間內(nèi)完成壓膜護(hù)套，避免了接頭接觸處銅芯長時間裸露在空氣中產(chǎn)生氧化而導(dǎo)致接觸電阻變化。

　　5、分支接頭有嚴(yán)格的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)要求，以及嚴(yán)密的質(zhì)保體系

　　安裝簡便環(huán)境要求低，施工方便

　　1、占用建筑面積小，有利于建筑面積的有效使用，對土建的空間尺寸五要求。

　　2、使用環(huán)境要求低，安裝精度要求低。

　　3、安裝簡單方便，安裝技術(shù)要求不高，安裝設(shè)備僅需一臺普通卷場機(jī)即可。且安裝周期短，僅為母線槽安裝工時的1/10或1 /20。安裝勞動強(qiáng)度小。

　　4、由于它的彎曲半徑小，大大的降低了安裝難度和縮小了空間尺寸。

　　優(yōu)良的抗震性、氣密性、防水性和耐火性

　　1、優(yōu)良的抗震性，一般機(jī)械連接母線槽接頭，在墻體受震動后會發(fā)生接頭松動，而本公司開發(fā)的預(yù)制分支電纜不會受到影響。特別在通過建筑沉降縫時不需要任何措施。

　　2、良好的氣密性和防水性，能在潮濕的環(huán)境中正常供電，也能在露夭及埋地敷設(shè)使用，但母線槽不能做到。

　　3、采用“NH"型的預(yù)制分支電纜，可在燃燒情況下，保持90min的正常供電運(yùn)行。

　　免維護(hù)

　　1、預(yù)制分支電纜按規(guī)定方法安裝后，一次性開通率高。

　　2、正常運(yùn)行的預(yù)制分支電纜系統(tǒng)平時不需要作任何維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，故障率為零
