NG-30L氮氣發(fā)生器是以中空纖維膜組為核心技術(shù)，通過對壓縮空氣進行氮、氧分離產(chǎn)出合格純度的氮氣。膜組采用韓國AIRRANE中空纖維膜組作為空氣核心部件主要部件，具有氣量大、體積小、壽命長、節(jié)能等特點。儀器具有純度在線檢測、壓力檢測、系統(tǒng)各項參數(shù)及安全保護功能。產(chǎn)出的氮氣壓力純度穩(wěn)定無波動，無須維護，自動化水平高，特別適用于用氣穩(wěn)定的工作場合及新建場合。膜組是由上百萬根像頭發(fā)絲一樣細的中空纖維纏繞而成。壓縮空氣由纖維孔中流入，在壓力作用下，氣體分子在膜壁上吸附、溶解、擴散、脫溶然后逸出到膜外。由于不同的氣體完成上述過程的速度不同。而氧、二氧化碳、水蒸氣、乙炔等滲透速率高的氣體由高壓內(nèi)側(cè)經(jīng)由纖維壁滲出,被排出膜組，氮氣等滲透速率低的慢氣被富集在中空纖維膜內(nèi)，由膜組的另一端送入用戶，從而實現(xiàn)了空氣中氧、氮分離。廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)、制造、輪胎充氣，食品飲料以及實驗室分析儀器。

The NG-30L nitrogen generator isbased on the hollow fiber membrane group as the core technology, and producesnitrogen of qualified purity by separating nitrogen and oxygen from compressedair. The membrane group adopts the Korean AIRRANE hollow fiber membrane groupas the main part of the air core component, which has the characteristics oflarge air volume, small volume, long life and energy saving. The instrument hasthe functions of online purity detection, pressure detection, system parametersａnd safety protection. The output nitrogen pressure purity is stable and doesnot fluctuate, requires no maintenance, and has a high level of automation. Itis especially suitable for working places with stable gas consumption and newconstruction places. The membrane stack is wound by millions of hollow fibersas thin as hair. Compressed air flows in from the fiber holes, and under pressure,gas molecules adsorb, dissolve, diffuse, and desolventize on the membrane wall,ａnd then escape out of the membrane. Because different gases complete the aboveprocess at different speeds. Gases with high permeation rates such as oxygen,carbon dioxide, water vapor, and acetylene seep out from the high-pressureinner side through the fiber wall and are discharged from the membrane group.The other end is sent to the user, thus realizing the separation of oxygen andnitrogen in the air.
