ES150 掃描熱成像系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測平面模頭擠出或其它連續(xù)的卷材加工過程

ES 150 掃描熱成像系統(tǒng)具有監(jiān)測塑料片材和擠出流延薄膜溫度分布的**功能，可以靈活設(shè)定和配置每個模頭對應(yīng)的測量區(qū)域，增強(qiáng)監(jiān)測溫度的能力。

ES 150 掃描熱成像系統(tǒng)可沿薄膜的寬度定義多個分區(qū)，每個分區(qū)與指定的測量區(qū)域相對應(yīng)，分區(qū)可用名稱、位置和分區(qū)內(nèi)的溫度數(shù)據(jù)處理方式（溫度的平均值、*小值和*大值）定義。這個功能對塑料片材和擠出流延薄膜加工是非常有用的，可用來設(shè)置這些分區(qū)的溫度，并使之與每個模頭加熱器相對應(yīng)。

ES150 掃描熱成像系統(tǒng)可連續(xù)監(jiān)測熔融薄膜擠壓過程、測量數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過處理后生成可視化的溫度曲線圖和熱成像圖，為便于分析可將溫度曲線圖和熱像圖數(shù)據(jù)打印存檔。
