1. 可靠的密封壓蓋螺母鎖定裝置,保證閥門在非正常工作下的安全運(yùn)行。
2. 便于架裝的安裝孔設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)提供便于盤裝的穿板螺母設(shè)計(jì)。
3. 密封填料函螺母通過(guò)支撐墊圈擠壓填料,延長(zhǎng)填料的壽命。
4. 非旋轉(zhuǎn)閥芯設(shè)計(jì),防止閥芯與閥座接觸時(shí)密封面產(chǎn)生擦傷和劃痕。
5. 填料函被設(shè)計(jì)在閥體內(nèi)部,通過(guò)密封壓蓋壓緊密封,與其它閥門設(shè)計(jì)相比減少了泄漏機(jī)會(huì)。
6. 閥門閥體是對(duì)整根金屬鍛件冷加工而成,使閥體金相結(jié)構(gòu)更加緊密,更能滿 足高溫、高壓的要求,且安全系數(shù)更高。
7. 專門設(shè)計(jì)提供了在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)中檢測(cè)外泄漏的結(jié)構(gòu)。
8. 閥門的閥桿操作螺紋經(jīng)滾壓成型,與之相配的填料壓蓋螺母是經(jīng)特殊熱處理的。硬度高、耐磨,且摩擦系數(shù)小。填料函及閥芯腔體是經(jīng)一次加工而成,使閥桿旋轉(zhuǎn)更加靈活,不卡澀。
