　　電信號壓力表的傳感裝置是采用遠(yuǎn)紅外對管的開關(guān)原理，實現(xiàn)傳感控制功能的。當(dāng)電信號壓力表所測的壓力達(dá)到預(yù)定值時，立即發(fā)出了一個信號，觸發(fā)主控電路接通或斷開外接電路，實現(xiàn)自動控制或報警。
　　電信號儀表采用非接觸式電接點，其設(shè)定接點上應(yīng)用了光電傳感器，構(gòu)成無接點信號切換裝置，故儀表靈敏度、響應(yīng)快速、控制精度高。無滯后、跳躍現(xiàn)象。在低電壓工作時，一般接點式裝置浸沒于阻尼液中，其接點附著油膜，增大了接觸電阻，使接點不能有效工作，電流大時燒蝕嚴(yán)重，電信號壓力表采用光電無觸點信號切換、無電弧，無接點蝕損現(xiàn)象，故使用壽命長，開關(guān)特性優(yōu)良。

安裝與使用說明：

1、儀表應(yīng)垂直安裝于-20℃-55℃，相對濕度不大于85%，無耐腐蝕性氣體，無強(qiáng)烈振動的環(huán)境中。環(huán)境溫度（被測介質(zhì)溫度）偏離20℃±5℃時，須考慮溫度影響所造成的誤差。
2、耐振表安裝時應(yīng)盡量避免表殼、罩圈受力，防止破壞表的密封，造成儀表的灌充液滲漏。
3、在測量液體壓力時，儀表應(yīng)與測壓點保持同一水平面，否則應(yīng)考慮因液位差所產(chǎn)生的測量誤差。
4、測量高壓氣體或劇烈波動的介質(zhì)壓力時，應(yīng)附加緩沖裝置。
5、儀表在測量均勻變化的壓力時，工作壓力應(yīng)不大于其測量上限的3/4，測量波動壓力時，工作壓力應(yīng)不大于其測量上限的2/3。
6、儀表在使用時應(yīng)接入24VDC電源。
7、儀表接入控制系統(tǒng)時，其接點裝置一般作為主令電氣使用，使用時應(yīng)注意接入儀表的負(fù)載功率，電壓及電流均不得超過其額定值。
8、儀表設(shè)定針的設(shè)定，可用一字槽螺絲刀將調(diào)節(jié)裝置的撥片壓下后旋轉(zhuǎn)，將設(shè)定指針撥至所需控制壓力的標(biāo)度處，耐振表在設(shè)定完成后應(yīng)將調(diào)節(jié)裝置的密封帽旋上，防止儀表內(nèi)的灌充液漏出。
