YTXD-100-Z YTXD-150-Z, contact signal manometer

　　電信號(hào)壓力表的傳感裝置是采用遠(yuǎn)紅外對(duì)管的開(kāi)關(guān)原理，實(shí)現(xiàn)傳感控制功能的。當(dāng)電信號(hào)壓力表所測(cè)的壓力達(dá)到預(yù)定值時(shí)，立即發(fā)出了一個(gè)信號(hào)，觸發(fā)主控電路接通或斷開(kāi)外接電路，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制或報(bào)警。
　　電信號(hào)儀表采用非接觸式電接點(diǎn)，其設(shè)定接點(diǎn)上應(yīng)用了光電傳感器，構(gòu)成無(wú)接點(diǎn)信號(hào)切換裝置，故儀表靈敏度*、響應(yīng)快速、控制精度高。無(wú)滯后、跳躍現(xiàn)象。在低電壓工作時(shí)，一般接點(diǎn)式裝置浸沒(méi)于阻尼液中，其接點(diǎn)附著油膜，增大了接觸電阻，使接點(diǎn)不能有效工作，電流大時(shí)燒蝕嚴(yán)重，電信號(hào)壓力表采用光電無(wú)觸點(diǎn)信號(hào)切換、無(wú)電弧，無(wú)接點(diǎn)蝕損現(xiàn)象，故使用壽命長(zhǎng)，開(kāi)關(guān)特性優(yōu)良。

安裝與使用說(shuō)明：

1、儀表應(yīng)垂直安裝于-20℃-55℃，相對(duì)濕度不大于85%，無(wú)耐腐蝕性氣體，無(wú)強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)的環(huán)境中。環(huán)境溫度（被測(cè)介質(zhì)溫度）偏離20℃±5℃時(shí)，須考慮溫度影響所造成的誤差。
2、耐振表安裝時(shí)應(yīng)盡量避免表殼、罩圈受力，防止破壞表的密封，造成儀表的灌充液滲漏。
3、在測(cè)量液體壓力時(shí)，儀表應(yīng)與測(cè)壓點(diǎn)保持同一水平面，否則應(yīng)考慮因液位差所產(chǎn)生的測(cè)量誤差。
4、測(cè)量高壓氣體或劇烈波動(dòng)的介質(zhì)壓力時(shí)，應(yīng)附加緩沖裝置。
5、儀表在測(cè)量均勻變化的壓力時(shí)，工作壓力應(yīng)不大于其測(cè)量上限的3/4，測(cè)量波動(dòng)壓力時(shí)，工作壓力應(yīng)不大于其測(cè)量上限的2/3。
6、儀表在使用時(shí)應(yīng)接入24VDC電源。
7、儀表接入控制系統(tǒng)時(shí)，其接點(diǎn)裝置一般作為主令電氣使用，使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意接入儀表的負(fù)載功率，電壓及電流均不得超過(guò)其額定值。
8、儀表設(shè)定針的設(shè)定，可用一字槽螺絲刀將調(diào)節(jié)裝置的撥片壓下后旋轉(zhuǎn)，將設(shè)定指針撥至所需控制壓力的標(biāo)度處，耐振表在設(shè)定完成后應(yīng)將調(diào)節(jié)裝置的密封帽旋上，防止儀表內(nèi)的灌充液漏出。
9、耐振表的外殼是密封的，環(huán)境溫度變化會(huì)造成表殼內(nèi)部壓力產(chǎn)生變化進(jìn)而影響儀表的精度，因此在使用時(shí)應(yīng)將安裝在儀表上部的橡膠塞的突出部分剪去，使儀表內(nèi)部與大氣接通。
10、根據(jù)所用儀表的類型按圖將相應(yīng)的接線焊接在航空插頭的接線端子上。
