三、工作原理：

本機(jī)是依靠裝有金剛石刃具的平面磨頭，在告訴轉(zhuǎn)速的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)混凝土芯樣的端面磨削目的，該機(jī)采用圓立柱導(dǎo)軌和絲杠升降手動(dòng)給進(jìn)方式，保證了磨頭工作平穩(wěn)，可靠。

四、使用方法：

★接通HMP-150型混凝土芯樣磨平機(jī)電源及水源。

★根據(jù)芯樣直徑選擇相應(yīng)的夾具，將芯樣夾緊并轉(zhuǎn)到底盤中位置后將夾具立柱索緊。

★松開上、下索緊手輪，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)升降手輪，當(dāng)磨輪端面距芯樣端面1mm時(shí)停止。然后索緊上索緊手柄，開啟進(jìn)水嘴閥門通水，并閉合電源開關(guān)，使磨輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，然后逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，并使磨頭下降。當(dāng)磨輪端面接觸試樣端面時(shí)擺動(dòng)磨頭進(jìn)行磨削。這樣不斷地使磨輪下降直至磨平試樣端面。

★磨削完畢，關(guān)閉電源及水嘴閥。使其處于上限位置。

★松開夾具索緊手柄，將夾具同試件一同取下并反向按裝。重復(fù)2、3、4動(dòng)作磨削另一端面。直至芯樣端面符合要求為止

五、操作規(guī)程；

★接通電源及水源。

Fifth, the operating rules of the concrete core sample smoothing machine;

★ Turn on the power and water.

★ Select the corresponding clamp according to the core sample diameter, clamp the core sample and turn it to the center of the chassis, and then tighten the clamp.

★ Release the upper and lower ropes to tighten the handwheel, turn the lifting handwheel, and stop when the end surface of the grinding wheel is 1mm from the end surface of the core. Then fasten the tight handle, open the water inlet valve to allow water, and close the power switch to rotate the grinding wheel, then turn the hａnd wheel counterclockwise, and at the same time turn the micro-movement hａnd wheel clockwise to lower the grinding head. When the end surface of the grinding wheel contacts the end surface of the sample, the grinding head is swung to perform grinding until the end surface of the sample is flattened. 4. After grinding, turn off the power and the water nozzle valve and turn the micro-handwheel counterclockwise to make it in the upper limit position. 5. Loosen the clamp and tighten the handle, remove the clamp together with the sample and install it in the opposite direction. Repeat the steps 2, 3, and 4 to grind the other end surface. Until the core sample end meets the requirements. 6. Turn off the power after using the smoothing machine and try to clean the machine.

六、注意事項(xiàng)：

★芯樣端面磨削要求質(zhì)量高，為了防止工作發(fā)生振動(dòng)，磨平機(jī)工作時(shí)應(yīng)放在地質(zhì)較硬的地方，并仔細(xì)調(diào)正地腳螺釘使底盤放平

★磨輪在磨削中會(huì)產(chǎn)生較高熱量，為了保證磨輪的使用壽命，嚴(yán)禁在無(wú)水情況下進(jìn)行磨削。

★水源應(yīng)該有足夠的水壓，在水壓較低時(shí)，當(dāng)磨輪旋轉(zhuǎn)后水流會(huì)因受到阻力，磨輪部位會(huì)無(wú)水噴出。此時(shí)可用水管直接將水噴在試件磨削平面上，以保證正常工作。

★在磨輪A次使用時(shí)或當(dāng)磨輪金鋼石顆粒磨鈍，使削磨發(fā)生困難時(shí)可用耐火太磚或砂磚待磨輪端面有金剛石顆粒露出即可)。

★芯樣裝在夾具上，應(yīng)使芯樣兩端面露出長(zhǎng)度相同為宜。當(dāng)一端磨好后反向磨削另一面時(shí)，不應(yīng)松動(dòng)夾具緊固螺絲以保證芯樣兩端的平行度與端面與軸線的垂直度。

★混凝土磨平機(jī)在使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)有可靠的接地裝置，以防意外事故發(fā)生。

★混凝土磨平機(jī)用后應(yīng)擦拭干凈。

6. Matters needing attention for concrete core sample smoothing machine:

When the water pressure is low, when the grinding wheel rotates, the water flow will be subject to resistance, and there will be no water spray from the grinding wheel. At this time, the water pipe can be used to spray water directly on the grinding surface of the test piece to ensure normal work.

★ When the grinding wheel is used for a time or when the diamond particles of the grinding wheel are blunt, which makes grinding difficult, you can use refractory or sａnd bricks until the diamond particles on the end face of the grinding wheel are exposed).

★ The core sample is mounted on the fixture, and the two ends of the core sample should be exposed at the same length. When one end is ground and the other side is ground in the opposite direction, the clamp fastening screws should not be loosened to ensure the parallelism of the two ends of the core sample and the perpendicularity of the end surface and the axis.

★ Reliable grounding device should be used on the concrete grinder to prevent accidents.

★ The concrete grinder should be wiped clean after use.
