電動土壤相對密度儀符合《土工試驗規(guī)程》SL237-1999,《公路土工試驗規(guī)程》JTJ051-93標準,本儀器適用于顆粒直徑小于5mm的無凝聚土,且粒徑2-5mm的試樣質(zhì)量不大于試樣總質(zhì)量的15%,以測定土的大密度和A小孔隙比,用于計算其相對密度。儀器主要由機身、控制面板、傳動機構(gòu)、量筒、振動錘等零部件組成。

The electric soil relative density meter complies with the Geotechnical Test Regulations SL237-1999 and the JTJ051-93 standard for highway geotechnical test procedures. The instrument is suitable for non-condensed soils with particle diameters less than 5 mm, and the quality of samples with particle sizes of 2-5 mm is not It is greater than 15% of the total mass of the sample to determine the large density of soil and the small pore ratio of A, and is used to calculate the relative density. 電動土壤相對密度儀使用方法：

★插上電源，打開儀器右側(cè)面電源開關(guān)。

★提起擊桿，直至固定銷插入擊桿，保證擊桿不會下落。這時擰松金屬容器兩邊的鎖緊螺釘，抽出金屬容器，按規(guī)范要求，裝入土樣。將容器推入定位板中，并擰緊鎖緊螺釘。然后一手扶住擊桿一手拉出固定插銷慢慢放下?lián)魲U。

★打開啟動開關(guān)，儀器即進入待工作狀態(tài)。

★轉(zhuǎn)動定時器至所需時間位置，儀器即開始工作。

★試驗結(jié)束，按《土工試驗規(guī)程》（SL237--99）《相對密度試驗》（SL237--010-99）方法進行測算。

★擊實完成后，將鍾頭放下，擰松鎖緊螺釘，將金屬容器及護筒抽出。

★試驗結(jié)束后，清掃儀器上剩土，關(guān)電源開關(guān)，取下電源插頭，罩上防塵罩。

How to use the electric soil relative density meter:

★ Plug in the power and turn on the power switch on the right side of the instrument.

★ Lift the stroker until the fixed pin is inserted into the stroker to ensure that the stroker does not fall. At this time, loosen the locking screws on both sides of the metal container, pull out the metal container, and load the soil sample according to the specifications. Push the container into the positioning plate and tighten the locking screw. Then hold the strut with one hａnd and pull out the fixed pin slowly to lower the strut.

★ Turn on the start switch and the instrument will enter the standby state.

★ Turn the timer to the desired time position and the instrument will start working.

★ At the end of the test, the calculation is carried out according to the Geotechnical Test Procedure (SL237--99) "Relative Density Test" (SL237--010-99).

★After the compaction is completed, put the hoe down, loosen the locking screw, and pull out the metal container and the casing.

★After the test, clean the remaining soil on the instrument, turn off the power switch, remove the power plug, and cover the dust cover.

電動土壤相對密度儀安裝調(diào)試方法：

★開箱后，按裝箱單內(nèi)容核對清單。

★將儀器放置于平整的水泥地面上，檢查定位板是否松動，如松動，用扳手擰緊。提起鍾桿，在試樣筒中放入木墊塊，放下鍾桿。

★插上電源，按下儀器右側(cè)面電源開關(guān)，將定時器定時在1--2分鐘上，按下啟動開關(guān)，儀器開始運

Installation and debugging method of electric soil relative density meter:

★ After unpacking, check the contents of the packing list.

★ Place the instrument on a flat concrete floor and check if the positioning plate is loose. If it is loose, tighten it with a wrench. Lift the mast, place the wooden block in the sample tube, and lower the mast.

★ Plug in the power, press the power switch on the right side of the instrument, and set the timer to 1--2 minutes. Press the start switch and the instrument starts to run.

電動土壤相對密度儀注意事項：

★儀器必須安裝平穩(wěn)，且周圍環(huán)境干燥。

★儀器機殼必須可靠接地，電源電壓為：220V，50HZ.

★每次取出或裝上容器前必須將錘頭放下，以免砸傷人身，切記。

★儀器上蓋請勿放物件。

★使用一段時間后，適當調(diào)節(jié)鏈條松緊及擰緊擊實錘上的各種緊固件。

★儀器傳動部分需定期加油潤滑。
