三、ZBSX-92A頂擊式混凝土震篩機操作規(guī)程：

開機前，擰出上螺栓，加足潤滑油，用20號普通機油5公斤為宜，裝篩時先將鈕緊螺栓左旋以松動開篩蓋故地功能頂桿。然后連同篩蓋往上提，然后右旋固定可置套篩與篩托盤上，再將擰緊螺栓左右松開往下壓并右旋使之固定即可工作，根據(jù)工作需要，需要常開可將旋鈕轉(zhuǎn)至常開位，需要定時工作可將旋鈕轉(zhuǎn)至要求定時位，需要途中停機，應(yīng)切斷電源開關(guān)，讓定時鐘自行轉(zhuǎn)至停止位置，不能強行扭回。本機保養(yǎng)簡單，每隔6個月更換機油一次，使用時注意避免蓋板上的7根導桿的變形。
