一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：

水泥安定性壓蒸釜是依據(jù) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn) GB/T750-1992《水泥壓蒸安定性試驗(yàn)方法》對(duì) 試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的要求而研制的產(chǎn)品。該水泥安定性壓蒸釜適用于測(cè)定硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦渣硅酸鹽水泥、火山灰質(zhì)硅酸鹽水泥、粉煤灰硅酸鹽水泥等主要因方鎂石水化可能造成的水泥體積不均勻變化。

三、原理：

主要零部件多采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制造，能耐高溫、高壓飽和水蒸氣。釜蓋上裝有一個(gè)由不銹鋼制成的壓力指示表、一個(gè)安全閥、二個(gè)放氣閥。釜體安裝在筒殼內(nèi)，其外側(cè)下部裝有兩個(gè)加熱電阻，用于向釜體加熱，制造水蒸氣；底部道管與電接點(diǎn)壓力表相連，電接點(diǎn)壓力表與電器控制系統(tǒng)配合，用于將釜內(nèi)壓力控制在設(shè)定范圍。筒殼的上部設(shè)有通風(fēng)環(huán)，下部設(shè)有通風(fēng)盤，用于阻斷或開(kāi)通釜體周圍的空氣，在下部安裝有排風(fēng)扇，用于結(jié)束試驗(yàn)后的排風(fēng)降溫。控制箱面板設(shè)有電源總開(kāi)關(guān)，啟動(dòng)、停止、風(fēng)機(jī)三個(gè)鍵和運(yùn)行、加熱、風(fēng)機(jī)、停止四個(gè)指示信號(hào)燈，以及用于計(jì)時(shí)的數(shù)顯時(shí)間繼電器。

Three principles

The main parts are mostly made of high-quality stainless steel, which can withstａnd high temperature and high pressure saturated water vapor. The lid of the kettle is equipped with a pressure indicator made of stainless steel, a safety valve and two air release valves. The kettle body is installed in the shell, and two heating resistors are installed on the outer lower part for heating the kettle body to produce water vapor. The bottom tube is connected with the electric contact pressure gauge, and the electric contact pressure gauge cooperates with the electrical control system. In order to control the pressure in the kettle within a set range. The upper part of the shell is provided with a ventilation ring, and the lower part is provided with a ventilation plate for blocking or opening the air around the kettle body. An exhaust fan is installed at the lower part for exhausting and cooling after the test. The control box panel is provided with a main power switch, three keys for start, stop, and fan, and four indicator lights for running, heating, fan, and stop, and a digital display time relay for timing.

四、安裝步驟：

★應(yīng)安裝在比較僻靜的地方，為保證安全及使用維護(hù)方便，應(yīng)背向墻壁，離墻不少于 500mm，并調(diào)整水平，將其固定在地基上。

★用不小于 1.5mm2 的軟銅線將可靠接地。

★連接好控制箱與釜體間的航空插頭。

五，水泥壓蒸釜操作規(guī)程：

★ 打開(kāi)釜蓋，按釜體容積 8.5L 的 7%~10%的注水量，即 595cc~850cc 蒸餾水注入釜內(nèi)。（通常建議注水量：700 毫升~800 毫升）

★將裝有試件的支架放入內(nèi)。

★用棉紗將釜口和釜蓋的密封面擦干凈，再用毛筆在釜口密封面上薄薄涂上一層干凈的機(jī)油。

★輕輕蓋上釜蓋，下壓并左右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)釜蓋，確認(rèn)結(jié)合部已正確密合。將 10 個(gè)螺母用手?jǐn)Q上。再用扭力扳手按照 50、100、100Nm，分三次按對(duì)角線的順序均勻地?cái)Q緊螺母，安裝好釜蓋。

★向釜蓋中的溫度計(jì)插管內(nèi)注入 3~5 滴機(jī)油（一般以油面不高于溫度計(jì)* 球?yàn)橐耍?，將 300℃*溫度計(jì)輕輕插入管內(nèi)。

★打開(kāi)兩個(gè)放氣閥中的任意一個(gè)。

★將電接點(diǎn)壓力表的紅色上限指針調(diào)至 2.025MPa 處（即： 2MPa 再上調(diào)半格）；將綠色下限指針調(diào)至 1.975MPa 處。

★關(guān)閉通風(fēng)盤和通風(fēng)環(huán)。

★接通電源，打開(kāi)控制箱上的電源總開(kāi)關(guān)，按啟動(dòng)鍵，運(yùn)行、加熱指示燈亮，釜體開(kāi)始以 1800W 功率加熱。同時(shí)數(shù)顯時(shí)間繼電器開(kāi)始顯示。

★ 當(dāng)已打開(kāi)的一個(gè)放氣閥有水蒸氣排出時(shí)，說(shuō)明內(nèi)空氣已經(jīng)排凈，關(guān)閉該放氣閥。閥門關(guān)閉后，壓力將隨著溫度的升高而升高此時(shí)應(yīng)注意，儀器工作有無(wú)異常，如有異常，則必須查明原因，或按停止鍵停止試驗(yàn)。

★停止加熱后，風(fēng)機(jī)自動(dòng)工作，信號(hào)燈亮，打開(kāi)通風(fēng)盤和通風(fēng)環(huán)，通風(fēng)環(huán)處會(huì) 有熱空氣排出，釜內(nèi)壓力將在 90min 以內(nèi)降至 0.1MPa 以下。此時(shí)可打開(kāi)放氣閥將釜內(nèi) 余壓放凈。請(qǐng)不要關(guān)閉放氣閥，因冷卻后會(huì)造成釜內(nèi)負(fù)壓，而損壞壓力表。

★ 待冷卻至常溫后，按停止鍵，信號(hào)燈滅、排風(fēng)扇停，關(guān)閉電源總開(kāi)關(guān)，取下溫度計(jì)，以安裝釜蓋相同的方法擰下 10 個(gè)拴緊螺母（擰松螺母時(shí)至少要用兩個(gè)循環(huán)，以免損壞密封結(jié)合面），取下釜蓋，取出試件支架。用膠管或毛巾將釜內(nèi)蒸餾水析出擦凈。

★中途停止試驗(yàn)程序：按“停止"鍵，打開(kāi)通風(fēng)盤、通風(fēng)環(huán)，按“風(fēng)機(jī)"鍵，待儀器冷卻后重新安裝試驗(yàn)。

Fourth, the installation steps;

Five, cement autoclave operating procedures:

★ Open the lid of the kettle and fill the kettle with 5% to 7% ~ 10% of the volume of the kettle, that is, 595cc ~ 850cc of distilled water. (Usually recommended water injection volume: 700 ml to 800 ml)

★ Wipe the sealing surface of the kettle mouth and the kettle cover with cotton yarn, and then apply a thin layer of clean oil to the sealing surface of the kettle mouth with a brush. Zh

★ Gently cover the kettle lid, press down and turn the kettle lid left and right to confirm that the joints are properly tight. Screw in 10 female screws by hand. Then use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts evenly in a diagonal sequence in three times according to 50, 100, and 100 Nm, and install the kettle lid. Zh

★ Inject 3 ~ 5 drops of engine oil into the thermometer cannula in the lid of the kettle (generally, the oil level should not be higher than the thermometer mercury ball), and gently insert a 300 ℃ mercury thermometer into the tube. Zh

★ Open either of the two air release valves. Zh

★ Adjust the red upper limit pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge to 2.025MPa (ie: 2MPa and then increase it by half a division); set the green lower limit pointer to 1.975MPa. Zh

★ Close the ventilation plate and ventilation ring. Zh

★ Turn on the power, turn on the main power switch on the control box, press the start key, the running and heating indicator lights up, and the kettle starts to heat at 1800W. At the same time, the digital display time relay starts to display. Zh

★ When water vapor is discharged from an opened air release valve, it means that the internal air has been exhausted. Close the air release valve. After the valve is closed, the pressure will increase as the temperature rises. At this time, pay attention to whether the instrument works abnormally. If it is abnormal, you must find out the reason, or press the stop button to stop the test. Zh

★ After the heating is stopped, the fan will automatically work, the signal light will be on, open the ventilating plate and ventilating ring, there will be hot air discharged from the ventilating ring, and the pressure in the kettle will drop below 0.1MPa within 90min At this time, you can open the air release valve to release the residual pressure in the kettle. Please do not close the air release valve, as it will cause negative pressure in the kettle after cooling and damage the pressure gauge. Zh

★ After cooling to normal temperature, press the stop button, the signal light goes out, the exhaust fan stops, turn off the main power switch, remove the thermometer, and unscrew the 10 captive nuts in the same way as installing the kettle cover (when loosening the nut, use at least two Circulate so as not to damage the sealing joint surface). Remove the lid of the kettle and take out the specimen holder. Use a hose or towel to clean out the distilled water in the kettle. Zh

★ Stop the test procedure halfway: Press the "Stop" key to open the ventilating plate and ventilation ring, and press the "Fan" key. After the instrument has cooled down, reinstall the test.
