漆膜磨耗儀適用于GB/T15036.2、GB/T15102、GB/T18102、GB/T4893.8、ISO7784.2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對漆膜耐膜性能的測試和對木材飾面耐磨性能的測試必須采用同配置的轉(zhuǎn)盤組件和磨耗輪，請在定貨時予以說明（可選擇“漆膜配置"、“木材配置"或“兩用配置"）。轉(zhuǎn)盤轉(zhuǎn)速可在50-100r.P.m范圍內(nèi)按用戶要求特殊設(shè)置（需訂貨時說明）

二、產(chǎn)品特點：

Product Features:

Unique abrasion process Put the material to be tested on the turntable, and two abrasion wheels press the material with a certain pressure to wear it. 四、工作原理：

漆膜磨耗儀是由二個磨耗砂輪配置于轉(zhuǎn)盤上，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)時，左側(cè)一個磨耗砂輪由外向樣板表面磨擦，而右側(cè)一個磨耗砂輪由樣板表面向外磨擦。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時，在樣板表面磨耗的痕跡是由互相重合，并呈X形相交的二園環(huán)組成。采用這種方式，其優(yōu)點是使樣板表面各個方向都受到磨擦，克服了一個方向往復(fù)運動的耐磨儀的缺點。

五、注意事項：

⑴ 測試結(jié)束后，應(yīng)切斷電源，清理儀器，將儀器罩好。

⑵ 長期用時，應(yīng)將砂輪取下放好。

⑶ 一年至二年必須檢修加油一次
